Nothing but a Hazzard to the neighborhood of Halethorpe. Did nothing to prepare for the traffic with semi's all day everyday and our yard destruction of our neighborhood and elementary school. It's all about the money with this company.

While the townhome is spacious, there are absolutely No amenities!! For pet owners there is no doggie station with doggie bags provided, no trash cans existing in the community space .No playground other than the public school playground ,no community center, no green space that is usable for children to play, etc. Not even a bench to sit on. The parking is extremely inadequate. No parking lots available for guests to park. No back yards or walkable trails. Alot of money per month for no amenities other than a spacious home .Before Renting be aware.Currently there are Large Construction vehicles driving through the community every day! šŸ˜žšŸ˜žšŸ˜žšŸ™„

The residents cannot use the sidewalks because so many people try to stuff 2 cars in the driveways and end up blocking the public sidewalk. So annoying for baby strollers and persons in wheelchairs. Actually I think it is illegal to block the sidewalk.

What we love: Kim is amazing. She’s very friendly and quick to answer any questions or maintenance concerns. The lay out of the townhomes is great - open floor plan, lots of windows letting in natural light, large balcony, lots of storage space, the garage is very convenient, the kitchen is beautiful and open with a large island and plenty of counter space, the office/ basement has been fantastic as a quiet study/ work from home area. We have fiber internet, which has been very reliable. The walls are thick, so we never hear the neighbors. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful, which is a great change from living in the city. The area is also pretty walkable in terms of having a nice neighborhood to stroll through. What we don’t love so much (mostly as pet owners): they charge on the higher end for pet rent ($50/ pet). I’m fine with paying pet rent, however there are really no pet amenities to justify the pet rent being on the higher end. The place we came from was pet friendly and charged the same amount for pet rent but they had a dog spa, a dog park, and pet clean up stations. Here, there is no dog park. The back yards aren’t fenced in and it doesn’t seem that we are allowed to add a renter-friendly fence of any kind (we asked). There are NO pet clean up (poop) stations anywhere. I’ve picked up other people’s poop bags that were just left lying around because there’s nowhere to dispose of them. I’m sure as more people move in, people will begin not even bothering to clean up their pet waste since there are no bags or clean up stations conveniently placed. It’s more ā€œpet tolerantā€, not really ā€œpet friendly.ā€ If you don’t have pets, it’s perfect. If you do have pets, it’s great in terms of being a walkable and quiet area. I hope they add some improvements for pet owners as they continue building things out… at least add some clean up stations so we don’t have to put our dog poop in our regular waste bin.
