  I wanted to sell my apartment building. I got a hold of Steve powell and ask him 1,000 questions. He was very knowledgeable on all my questions. I took that information to my accountant, And my financial guy. all the Numbers worked for my situation.which means early retirement lol I called Steve and said let's do this and I listed it . it wasn't long on the market Steve priced it right for both seller and buyer . I highly recommend him for all your real-estate needs
