  RUN! Do NOT rent here! Infested with ROACHES! In the kitchens, bathroom and bedroom. The main Hallways are dirty, even saw dog poop in the hallway for a WEEK that was never taken care of. Couldn’t have left this place fast enough!

  they get 0 stars ! a/c does not work . second summer i had to deal with a broken a/c , i keep calling putting in work orders they stall on coming out i had to tell them im calling corporate for them to come out & they lie and false document the other day the maintenance man came to my apartment to look at my unit he said “ hvac need to come and clean the coils on the outside of the unit but my furnace is fine” a couple days later he comes back again and tell me “ oh i have a old furnace it need to be replace” nobody has came out since haven’t heard anything about my a/c since. he also stated that “ sometimes they may enter a apartment & if it feels cool they will walk out “ that’s IS UNACCEPTABLE. these maintenance men stand outside BS on the clock and false documentation they doing stuff and not doing anything . i Talked to them several times they do not care i have a child we should not be going through this ! DO NOT MOVE HERE . ITS THE WORSE . THEY DONT CARE AND THEY MONEY HUNGRY AND ALSO ITS A BAD MOUSE PROBLEM .

  My overall experience living here has been disappointing. While the community is livable and the location is convenient, there are several ongoing issues that have negatively impacted my experience as a resident. The biggest concerns are the age of the property, maintenance, and ongoing pest activity. The apartments are older, and it shows through issues such as bathroom conditions, thermostat problems, and other aging features throughout the unit. I have experienced repeated roach activity in my apartment despite treatments, and I have also noticed pest concerns in shared areas, including the laundry room. These issues have made it difficult to feel comfortable and fully at ease in my own home. The laundry room also needs better upkeep, and the thin walls make noise from neighboring apartments very noticeable. Communication and follow-through regarding maintenance concerns could also be improved. Another concern is the overall cleanliness and security of the property. The building entrance door, which is supposed to remain closed and secured, is frequently propped open. The dumpster area is also often overflowing, with trash, food, boxes, and debris left around the area, creating an unsanitary appearance and potentially contributing to pest issues. Additionally, since living here, I have noticed a frequent police presence around the apartment complex, which has affected my personal sense of comfort and safety. While experiences may vary, the overall environment has not provided the level of peace of mind I expected when choosing this community. Although the apartment is still a livable space, the ongoing pest issues, maintenance concerns, cleanliness, security concerns, and overall environment have greatly impacted my experience. More proactive management, better communication, and property improvements are needed to create a better living experience for residents
