  I want to share my experience renting from this company under its previous name, as I believe it may be helpful to prospective tenants.I experienced a period of bank fraud that froze my primary account right around the time rent was due. I proactively notified the company that my payment would be delayed and transferred the rent from an alternate account, though the transfer took longer than a standard payment. Shortly after, I was charged a late fee, which I had not yet paid since I was waiting for my primary account to be unfrozen. Within approximately two weeks of the rent being late, the company had police serve me with papers. The following month, I paid both the rent and the late fee, but had not yet paid a separate fee associated with the cost of that police visit. As a result, the company sent police to my residence a second time. At that point, I made the decision to move out and forfeit my deposit rather than continue in that situation. Despite this, the company subsequently charged me an additional $4,000, which has since been reported as a negative mark on my credit. I'm sharing this so other prospective tenants understand the company's practices, particularly regarding communication and escalation when a payment is little late. And though my payment was a couple of weeks late, when I reported my dishwasher not working, it took a couple months to have somebody to come look at it. They're handyman stated the dishwasher was unrepairable but I didn't believe him so I actually saved them money by paying a repairman to come out and fix it.
