  Noisy neighbors and fire alarms that beep all the time. Leasing office gives minimal effort to fix these problems if you have it. Two stars because of the location and apartments are nice. Noisy neighbors will ruin it for you.

  Edwin and Guillermo are excellent maintenance service providers. They are clean, professional, quick, and understanding. We have seen many improvements on the property and are very thankful for the amazing service my family and I get from them. If there is an emergency, they are quick to respond and are at the property always working hard. I have never seen maintenance work this hard. I am so pleased with them.

  My apartment washer wasn’t working but They denied to replace to new washer. The new management team ask me to approve information to show them and treat me like I am lied to them. This is their property and I just rent unit to live in. I was live here since 2018 and it was nice areas to live and management team was so nice. But now lots violence issues in residents. I’m planning to move out soon
