  Máximo is very kind and did a wonderful job fixing the drying vents , leaks and plumbing issues i had. He was very mindful and respectful towards my kids and I. He showed us the issues before starting and showed us the after results. 10/10 service ! Thank you.

  I recently moved into this apartment complex, and it has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I moved in, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly cleaned or prepared for a new resident. The overall condition of the unit was unacceptable, and the cleanliness was far below what anyone should expect when moving into a new home. To make matters even worse, there was a serious cockroach infestation. Finding roaches in a newly occupied apartment is not only disgusting but also raises major concerns about the property’s maintenance and pest control practices. The appliances are old, worn out, and appear to be well past their useful life. Instead of feeling excited about moving into a new place, I was immediately faced with issues that should have been addressed long before any new tenant moved in. I deeply regret choosing this apartment complex and would strongly caution anyone considering living here. Based on my experience, management has failed to provide a clean, well-maintained, and move-in-ready apartment. There are far better options available. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
