I genuinely cannot wait for my lease to end soon here. I dont understand how office staff can be so ridiculously incompetent and unprepared for anything. This place is an absolute TERRIBLE place to live. DO NOT lease here, you will regret it and it will be the worst living experience you ever have in your life.
Parking issues, maintenance issues, lack of communication, poor resident service, horrible amenities, there is a homeless issue that is present (which is not there fault but worth noting), Electrical issues, elevator issues, you name it. This place is straight up BAD.

Initial impressions of this place were far from great. Based off of the staffing alone I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. My wife and I walked a unit twice where we were assured that the unit we were walking was the exact same as the one we were leasing (the unit we were offered was apparently still occupied at the time). Everything seemed fine and normal. And we proceeded with the lease and paid all of the unnecessary fees that they make you pay. Fast forward to move in we get our keys and are shown the unit we leased and of course it was NOT to the correct unit that we had walked. Afters hours of back and fourth it was discovered that this was an error on Liberty mill for thier system displaying the incorrect unit assigned to our unit number. After back and fourth with the property manager Stephanie who proved to be useless in this situation as she claimed she needed to reach out to her regional manager Tina, We were able to speak to Tina. After explaining my frustrations to Tina I explained to her that Stephanie had me and my wife send an email on what we would like to satisfy us due to this confusion, Tina explained that Stephanie has no such authority to grant anything of the sort. The entire time Stephanie was pinning this on the leasing specialists Gianna. I myself am in business management and the MANAGEMENT is responsible for the actions of thier staff. Stephanie proved to me by the way this situation was handled that she needs more training and experience.
Additionally our unit was dirty when we received the keys and we had to have a professional cleaner come and take care of it.
Since then Liberty mill experienced a power outage that has left our building with out elevator service for 5 days so far. There is a new born mother in our building who has been suffering during this trying to move up and down the stairs. This place has been utterly disappointing since the very first moment.
The only bright side is that Tina and myself were able to meet a halfway resolution for the terrible mistake of the leasing office manager and staff.

Over the past three years of our stay at the Liberty Mill Apt. Bldg.No.2, my wife and I have been very happy thanks to prompt attention to our service calls by the Community Managers and Consultants, in particular Stephanie Arguello and Gianna Carmona. They were prompt to attend to our calls in a professional and friendly manner. It has been a pleasure interacting with them.

I have been a resident of Liberty Mill for nearly three years, so this review is based on my personal experience over an extended period of time.
Unfortunately, what started as a positive experience gradually became disappointing. After the management changed, the overall quality of service noticeably declined. Communication became more difficult, problems took longer to resolve, and I often felt that residents’ concerns were not taken seriously.
The biggest issue happened when my vehicle was towed from the resident parking lot. I am a resident, and my vehicle had a valid temporary parking permit displayed. The permit was tied to my temporary registration while I was waiting for my permanent Maryland license plates.
I appealed the towing decision and provided documentation explaining the situation. I communicated with both the Community Manager and Regional Manager Tina Dandridge, hoping they would review everything fairly. My appeal was denied, and after I sent a follow-up email asking them to reconsider, I never received a response. I was left responsible for the towing charges without any reasonable attempt to resolve the situation.
This experience left me with the impression that, once a decision had been made, there was little interest in reviewing the facts or working toward a fair resolution.
In addition to the towing issue, I have repeatedly experienced problems with ants and cockroaches in my apartment.
Another major issue is the constant noise and strong vibrations coming from what appears to be the fire protection equipment located behind the fire safety door on the fifth floor. I personally went upstairs late at night to find the source of the noise, and it was clearly coming from that area. The noise and vibrations travel throughout the building and are clearly noticeable inside my apartment, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep.
The building also has poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring apartments.
I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. I am sharing my experience so that future residents know what to expect and, hopefully, so these issues are addressed.
If ownership would like to discuss this matter further, I would welcome the opportunity to speak privately. My name is Yan Yutskevich, I am a current resident, and my contact information is already on file with the leasing office.
