  Elms at Century is a great community overall, and I have generally felt that it is a safe and well-maintained place to live. However, my experience during my second year here has been difficult enough that I cannot rate it as highly as I otherwise would. My advice to prospective residents is to do as much research as possible about the location of the unit you are renting. While the community itself has many positive qualities, living under or near a unit with significant ongoing noise can make day-to-day life extremely challenging. I truly wish my experience had been different because there is a lot to like about this property. Unfortunately, the lack of restful nights and the feeling of not being heard have overshadowed many of its positive aspects.

  We love living here because of the location. Our apartment is also very spacious and we don’t pay for parking.

  The rental office barely responds unless you email twice or threaten to get corporate involved and over charge for water and Sewer!! When you complain they try to tell you it is because you work from home but the bill no longer shows your meter reading. I have worked from home since the day I moved here and never experienced such high bills. I have been here over 3 yrs and have never received such high water bills like I have for the past two months. The office continues to ignore me and my complaints.
