  We had a great experience living in this community. It is a clean, quiet, and well maintained place to live. Sandra and her team were always on top of everything and were professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our time there. The maintenance team was excellent, any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. When we moved out, we thoroughly cleaned the apartment, and the management refunded our full security deposit. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

  Elms at Century is a great community overall, and I have generally felt that it is a safe and well-maintained place to live. However, my experience during my second year here has been difficult enough that I cannot rate it as highly as I otherwise would. My advice to prospective residents is to do as much research as possible about the location of the unit you are renting. While the community itself has many positive qualities, living under or near a unit with significant ongoing noise can make day-to-day life extremely challenging. I truly wish my experience had been different because there is a lot to like about this property. Unfortunately, the lack of restful nights and the feeling of not being heard have overshadowed many of its positive aspects.
