  My wife and I lived here for almost a year and half, and it was a great experience! The people at the liaising office are lovely, and the maintenance team are very quick to respond. The prices went up later and the space wasn’t quite enough for my growing family but we sure had a great time living there.

  I reside in Delaware and my sister lives here I came down to tour apartments because my family and I are relocating to the Montgomery county area of Maryland. I don’t know how she’s managed to live here going in two years the hallways are hot and smelly no ac in the hallways the carpet it gross, I called several times so I can make an appointment to tour and no one ever answers the phones. The gate is broken to the parking lot and there is a parking issue. My sister can’t even get parking spot because she said people with no sticker takes all parking spots. Sunday evening old rude lady that cannot drive almost ran into my parked car and when I told her to pay attention she was nasty. Her car doesn’t even have sticker. I rather call a place home that cares about their tenants this place isn’t it. If anyone live in hiddencreek please watch out for old crazy lady that can’t drive. I posted a picture of her car. She almost backed into another parked car as well no sticker I don’t even know if she live there. My sister said the office doesn’t care about anything she said the lease states all tenants must have stickers to park there she is one that has none and many people on third floor where my sister lives. Disorganized hard pass and I read most of the reviews not at those prices.

  I recently just moved in and I’ve had an outstanding experience at Hidden Creek Apartments! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the entire leasing process was smooth from start to finish. What truly made the experience exceptional was Angel. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made me feel valued every step of the way. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to providing excellent customer service are unmatched. She genuinely cares about the residents and takes the time to ensure everything is handled properly. If you’re looking for a place to call home with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Hidden Creek Apartments. Thank you, Angel, for making this such a positive and stress-free experience!

  If you are a woman and live alone I don’t recommend this place at all l! WATCH OUT for tall maintenance man. I believe he is African with facial hair and a low cut. He randomly opened my door while I was getting dressed (did not knock or announce his self upon opening the door) just opened the door peaked his head in and said maintenance. That was very weird and inappropriate. I’ve never heard of this happening anywhere. Everywhere I move to maintenance knocks and announces there self. There should be no reason you are opening my door without knocking or anything. I should feel safe in my own residence but I don’t because there is creepy maintenance men roaming all around the building. Now he waves at me every time he sees me. I had a lot of friends that were planning on moving here but I had to turn them away because of that maintenance man. Please investigate these maintenance men they are not to be trusted and very weird. Nobody should be able to enter your apartment before knocking or announcing there selves.

  This has been home form more than 5 years. Besides the wonderful space and amenities. The front desk staff has been absolutely wonderful. The same goes for the new group of maintenance staff. Thank you all for making home a safe and well managed place. I have come to learn how hard and complicated it is to keep us safe and maintain every big and small detail you all provide every day quietly with a smile and warm welcome every time I step in that office . Thank you I appreciate you.
