  Edwin stopped in to do what I thought was to find the reset button for the kitchen sink disposal only to discover a serious leak. He shop vacuumed the water and very skillfully installed a new disposal. I appreciate his attention and quick fix to this issue.

  Hidden Creek is a nice building with good insulation and some genuinely good neighbors, and I’m grateful for the positive memories I had there. Unfortunately, the management experience after the Bozzuto years became increasingly hostile and unprofessional. Two female, unarmed tenants have reported that management called the police on them simply for complaining or raising concerns, which adds a deeply unsettling dynamic to an already tense environment. What made this place especially frustrating was how any criticism was treated as a threat. If you raised legitimate concerns about mold or other health and safety issues, management could make your life very unpleasant, and there is a clear pattern of retaliatory behavior rather than constructive problem‑solving. This kind of response is unacceptable in a residential community and undermines any sense of psychological safety for residents. There were also recurring concerns around theft, missing packages, and break‑ins, even though the property has a secure no‑contact package hub. Meanwhile, the community vibe shifted away from the more international, tech‑worker feel that used to define it, and the building began to feel more crowded apartments and lots of vacancies. It's more chaotic than it should have for the rent. The grass is not cut properly. Major mold issue and some sketchy stories from neighbors that I did not believe until reading other reviews and going through similar. Overall, the property has a lot going for it physically, but corporate leadership needs to rein in management’s retaliatory behavior and take resident concerns seriously, not punish people for speaking up.

  It was great to tour with Angel! Though the apartment I was interested in wasn't available to tour that day, I was still able to get a good sense of the feel of the apartment complex. Angel was quite knowledgeable and answered my many questions!

  Heidi is SO awesome! I give her customer service 5 stars. She reached out to me immediately about my experience with one of her colleagues. Heidi is a great listener, very knowledgeable, hardworking and she made sure to stay in contact through every step of the way. If you are interested in this place, I recommend consulting with her.

  This is the first community I’ve lived in that I truly didn’t want to leave. We only decided to move because it will make our commute to work more convenient. The apartments here are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful renovations. I especially love the wall colors and the lighting. The community is always clean, smells nice, and the area around it is beautiful. I can also mention that the apartments are warm. They are rented out clean and in good condition. In the winter, the hallways are always warm. There are free charging stations for electric cars, which is very convenient and has helped us many times. I especially want to highlight the leasing office team. They are incredible!!!! always kind, responsive, and quick to help. We had a couple of situations when our refrigerator and dishwasher stopped working, and both were replaced very quickly. Maintenance requests were handled fast, although we didn’t have many issues since everything generally worked well. This is also a very dog-friendly community, which we really appreciated. There is also a dog park. The only negative experience we had was that our motorcycle was stolen from the parking area. However, that same month there were many motorcycle thefts across Maryland and Virginia in different communities and neighborhoods, so it didn’t feel like it was specifically related to this community. But it would be nice if there were more cameras with good quality. Overall, we had a very positive experience living here.
