  The two maintenance guys are a total joke. I get the distinct impression they don't have any formal qualifications in the field they seem like nothing more than amateur handymen who were given a job just to help them out. I’ve asked them several times to come and replace the electrical outlets in my apartment, because whenever you plug something in, it immediately pops right back out and I’m worried about my child's safety. On top of that, they act as if I’m asking them for a personal favor, even though we pay nearly $2,500 a month in rent. I’m currently gathering tangible evidence so I can go see the manager and demand that they be fired. They aren't competent in the slightest; furthermore, they walk all over my carpet wearing shoes as they were in their own home. So, in addition to being incompetent, they are completely unprofessional and undisciplined. I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Moena and Karen, who do an excellent job and are truly understanding people not forgetting, of course, the General Manager.

  We recently toured the apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. Karen from the leasing office was extremely helpful, guiding us through every detail about the apartment and the building amenities with great clarity and patience. The tour was very well organized, and we truly appreciated the time and effort taken to answer all our questions. Overall, it was a very positive and informative experience.

  As always my request are handled quickly with much care! The entire team here is amazing from management to maintenance 5 stars for sure!

  The current administration and all the the staff are amazing. The are so fast to the any requests and complaints. I just like the smile they have all the time when I meet them.

  Karen was great through the whole process. I love my apartment. This was a great move and even Maintence was wonderful. I would definitely recommend to move here. This is a excellent community to live in.
