  Five-star service from start to finish! Working with Yohana has been an absolute pleasure. From our initial inquiries and floor plan walkthroughs to navigating application transfers and final move-in details, Yohana has been amazingly responsive, diligent, and accommodating every single step of the way. She proactively provided clear, detailed information, ensured our lease transfer to our preferred unit went smoothly, and handled all of our questions with incredible patience and professionalism. Moving can often be stressful, but Yohana's attention to detail, clear communication, and warm, accommodating attitude made the entire process seamless and easy.

  I’m very satisfied with my experience at 17 Barkley Apartments! From the beginning, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The apartment community is a great place to live, and I’ve had a very positive experience here. A special thank you to Yohana and Luis! They are both amazing, professional, kind, and always make you feel welcome. They are helpful whenever you need anything and truly make the experience of living here even better. The apartments are comfortable, the community is welcoming, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend 17 Barkley Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live

  I have lived at 17 Barkley for 3 years now. Other than minor issues, I've had a good experience. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ABNER!! Abner has helped both me and my mom on many occasions, including helping her move her car which was stuck in the snow. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, I always hope it's Abner who comes to the rescue.

  What a beautiful place. Well kept office and amenities. Very clean and office staff are great. The leasing consultant Yohana was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. Showed a lot of respect to not only me but other people that came to the office. Her communication has been clear and consistent. Thank you for a great tour can’t wait to move here this fall!

  If you’re thinking of living here, save your and your loved ones money and peace of mind. The towing company alone is going to make your life miserable if you ever have guests. There are plenty of other complexes in the area for similar or cheaper currently that don’t charge your visitors a fee to park their car. The towing company that operates here is on the most insane power trip imaginable…they just threatened to tow my visitors car because “one of his tires was touching the white line”…seriously?? He had paid the $5 to park upon arriving, and there was no other car parked in the visitor section so his car was not obstructing anyone’s ability to park. I would really like to see where this “rule” is stated as part of the parking policy. These towing people think they’re gangsters or something. Get a life. I will add that I have been living here for 7 years and in that time have seen management change hands at least 5 times. Living here used to be stress free and great until new management came in and started forcing these insane rules and fees obviously trying to just squeeze every penny out of us. For all that, they can’t even keep the garage doors working for longer than a week at a time. Where’s the money even going?
