  When we first visited Maple Highlands, we fell in love with the layout of the neighborhood. We also fell in love with the layout of the Davenport model. Our sales rep, Heidi, guided us through the options process. She was very knowledgeable and helped us in selecting our options. Heidi also went above and beyond making change orders for us late in the process. We recently met with our project manager, Taylor, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a great presentation on the way our home and options are going to be built. We are very excited about this new community for us and we look forward to moving in soon.

  My wife, Diana, and I had visited a friend’s new NV home in Delaware which gave us a good idea of what we were looking for. We weren’t sure about buying a duplex until we came out to Maple Highlands and met with Heidi Cox. She was able to put our minds at ease. She walked us through every step of the way and has been a constant help in making any changes and reviewing what we picked to make sure we were getting the best deal.   We are very excited with the purchase of our home in Trotter’s Retreat and looking forward to its June completion. But we want to especially recognize our sales person, Heidi Cox, for all she did to help us through the buying process. She went above and beyond what you would typically expect from someone in her role. We will never forget her asking us to meet to review our selections. We initially thought why was she requesting to have this meeting. What we didn’t expect was for Heidi to go over everything line by line. She discovered several items that needed to be addressed or were misunderstandings on our part. You are lucky to have her now at Maple Highlands.
