  When we first visited Maple Highlands, we fell in love with the layout of the neighborhood. We also fell in love with the layout of the Davenport model. Our sales rep, Heidi, guided us through the options process. She was very knowledgeable and helped us in selecting our options. Heidi also went above and beyond making change orders for us late in the process. We recently met with our project manager, Taylor, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a great presentation on the way our home and options are going to be built. We are very excited about this new community for us and we look forward to moving in soon.

  My wife, Diana, and I had visited a friend’s new NV home in Delaware which gave us a good idea of what we were looking for. We weren’t sure about buying a duplex until we came out to Maple Highlands and met with Heidi Cox. She was able to put our minds at ease. She walked us through every step of the way and has been a constant help in making any changes and reviewing what we picked to make sure we were getting the best deal.   The sales experience has been smooth and friendly. Amie and Michael are very knowledgeable of the community and of the entire buying process. The homes are of the highest quality and are located in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.
