  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jimmy is, without question, one of the best realtors in the DMV — and honestly, if you ask us, one of the best in the country. No exaggeration. No hype. Just our experience. Jimmy helped us sell our first home, and when we decided it was time to find our next home, he stayed right beside us through every struggle, disappointment, setback, and unexpected obstacle. There were plenty of moments when things could have gone differently, but Jimmy never gave up on us. He stood his ground, stayed committed, and remained loyal to our family throughout the entire process. And he went far beyond what we ever expected from a realtor. When we were too busy to get back to our old house to pick up our mail, Jimmy would personally bring it to us. When we were dealing with some extremely difficult situations involving DC agencies during the sale of our home, Jimmy helped us navigate through those challenges. He didn’t just tell us what to do — he helped us get through it. Then came the purchase of our new home. Once again, Jimmy was there. He gave us guidance, wisdom, encouragement, and reassurance when we needed it most.   Jimmy is hands down THE BEST realtor. Right from the onset he made sure to ask all the right questions to ascertain what I was looking for. He used this information to set up a system that sent me a regular cadence of emails with properties within the criteria discussed. Anytime I identified a property of interest he set up a showing literally within 24 hours to go look at the properties. He was always on time and provided his expert opinion on each property we looked at. One thing I really appreciated is the fact that he was still mindful of my needs while steering me in the right direction in terms of what were the best options. Once I identified the property I wanted, Jimmy worked with me to present a competitive offer and continued to guide me through the home inspection process and everything else after that. I can't stress enough how professional and valuable Jimmy's expertise was throughout this process.

  We can’t thank Jimmy enough for helping us find a new home! Jimmy came highly recommended by my sister-in-law, who has both bought and sold homes with him, and now I understand why! As a first-time buyer from out of state, we had a lot of questions. Jimmy guided us through every step with professionalism and a lot of patience. He really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and was very flexible when we changed our minds on some things. However, what really stood out to us, was how Jimmy went above and beyond. He drove to different locations around MD and sent videos since my husband and I were almost 1500 miles away. Then when we decided on a home, he helped us coordinate closing while we were on a pre-planned vacation. He painstakingly explained details to us so that we felt confident that we were making the best decisions. He was quick to respond throughout the process and very knowledgeable. He diligently worked to help us find a home on a faster schedule and we couldn’t be more happy. I highly highly highly recommend Jimmy and cannot thank him enough for helping my family find our first home.
