  Jimmy is hands down THE BEST realtor. Right from the onset he made sure to ask all the right questions to ascertain what I was looking for. He used this information to set up a system that sent me a regular cadence of emails with properties within the criteria discussed. Anytime I identified a property of interest he set up a showing literally within 24 hours to go look at the properties. He was always on time and provided his expert opinion on each property we looked at. One thing I really appreciated is the fact that he was still mindful of my needs while steering me in the right direction in terms of what were the best options. Once I identified the property I wanted, Jimmy worked with me to present a competitive offer and continued to guide me through the home inspection process and everything else after that. I can't stress enough how professional and valuable Jimmy's expertise was throughout this process.

  We can’t thank Jimmy enough for helping us find a new home! Jimmy came highly recommended by my sister-in-law, who has both bought and sold homes with him, and now I understand why! As a first-time buyer from out of state, we had a lot of questions. Jimmy guided us through every step with professionalism and a lot of patience. He really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and was very flexible when we changed our minds on some things. However, what really stood out to us, was how Jimmy went above and beyond. He drove to different locations around MD and sent videos since my husband and I were almost 1500 miles away. Then when we decided on a home, he helped us coordinate closing while we were on a pre-planned vacation. He painstakingly explained details to us so that we felt confident that we were making the best decisions. He was quick to respond throughout the process and very knowledgeable. He diligently worked to help us find a home on a faster schedule and we couldn’t be more happy. I highly highly highly recommend Jimmy and cannot thank him enough for helping my family find our first home.

  Words cannot describe how good of a Real Estate agent Jimmy is. He is very good at what he does, worked with my parents throughout the entire process of buying a home here in the state of Maryland. Always available and quick to respond when needed. He Helped me and my family finding them home we wanted, a Home that met our needs and requirements. He was able to find it very quickly and assist us in putting an offer that ultimately got us the home. I highly recommend jimmy to anyone looking to purchase home in the DMV area.
