  We have loved living here. Great service from maintenance to leasing office. It’s a very quiet community and I never hear my neighbors unless in the hall. It’s very dog friendly but the owners and pups are all well behaved. The internet is great for WFH and gaming. We just received notice of a lease renewal and the price didn’t increase. Overall, this has been my favorite apartment living experience across 10+ years of different apartments. We will be here until we purchase a home.

  As a local business, Spectrum Carpet Cleaning always looks forward to our service calls at Upper East Condos. The facilities are kept impeccably clean, and the residents are incredibly welcoming. It's easily one of the most modern and beautiful complexes in the area. We also love that both of our logos proudly feature the Frederick skyline! Highly recommend.

  Living at Upper East Apartments has been an absolute pleasure! A huge thank you to Justin, Peyton, Claire, Alaina, and the entire maintenance team for consistently going above and beyond. I truly love my apartment—it’s well-maintained, and the community as a whole is always clean and inviting. Service requests are handled promptly and with care, and the upkeep of the exterior spaces reflects the pride and dedication of the team. I’m so grateful to call Upper East home. Keep up the fantastic work!

  Great space with excellent amenities and fun public space. They have thought of everything — heated outdoor pool, games, bar area, etc. and walking distance to historic Frederick, shops and restaurants.
