Finding a new place can be stressful, but Ruth's excellent customer service, knowledge of the property, and warm personality made the entire process feel seamless and exciting. - KDKevin DuongJun 23, 20261.0Rude and disrespectful staff. Had an appointment to tour the place. Arrived 10 minutes early and tried to check in. The leasing agent was rude telling us we needed to wait until our scheduled time. She then made us wait 30 minutes while she was laughing and talking on the phone so we walked out. On our way out she came after us and told us she was about to come and get us. When told we no longer wish to view the place, she told us we weren't welcome there anyways.
