From the moment I walked in, Ruth was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed. Finding a new place can be stressful, but Ruth's excellent customer service, knowledge of the property, and warm personality made the entire process feel seamless and exciting. If you are looking into Wellington Trace, definitely ask for Ruth—she goes above and beyond!
- KDKevin Duong4 days ago1.0Rude and disrespectful staff. Had an appointment to tour the place. Arrived 10 minutes early and tried to check in. The leasing agent was rude telling us we needed to wait until our scheduled time. She then made us wait 30 minutes while she was laughing and talking on the phone so we walked out. On our way out she came after us and told us she was about to come and get us. When told we no longer wish to view the place, she told us we weren't welcome there anyways.

Uses the excuse of “sitting in a meeting” all day to avoid responding. THANKFULLY Antonio is the only helpful staff available god bless him!
