The unit we were going to move into wasn’t ready for our move in date because of the previous tenants in how the unit was left. Leonna and the team made sure we were still able to move in our our move in date. We were moved to a different unit that had a den and the first unit did not!! This was a blessing to us! Leonna took it upon herself to do our first inspection and to communicate with the maintenance team about minor maintenance issues to get them prioritized for us! Michael Moore was friendly upon entering our apartment and mindful of our son napping. He had friendly communication and worked urgently to fix the few items. We are so excited to be under a team that works so well together. This is so different from where we used to live. The communication and friendliness of the team at Elmwood is outstanding!! We are so blessed to be tenants here!

The apartments themselves are clean and nice, especially for the price. My kids split their time between a large house and this apartment, and they prefer the apartment!
- SFSun FlowerMay 4, 20261.0DONT MOVE HERE . My rent went from being $1411 to $1538 in ONE year . They charge you all these hidden fees . The apartments have roaches . They don’t clean behind anything . Walls are thin. Hallways always stink or smell like weed . Roaches be in the washing machines and laundry rooms . It’s just disgusting . Then they have the nerve to threaten people when they charge this ridiculous amount of rent for outdated apartments. The mistake was me renewing this lease . I’m breaking it as soon as I can . I have had enough of these people man .
