  Maintenance and front desk staff are quick to respond and care about helping you out which I appreciate. Occasional roaches in the apartment but you can request maintenance to hire an exterminator to help decrease the issue. The experience depends on the building you live in, I think. My neighbors are fine. But I have had experiences of people stealing my packages in the common area. I prefer deliveries to be sent to my door. The building and unit smells old. Appliances all work as expected. I was told that they don't test the dishwasher so I have not tried to use it. I think they should test ALL appliances before a new tenant moves in. As long as you keep your unit clean and be quiet/respectful, you can live comfortably here.

  Hace una semana nos mudamos a este lugar y la verdad una mala experiencia una flaca y la maneger son muy desagradable ya teníamos contrato y todo pagado ya listo con mis cosas de mudanza en el camión fui por la llave y solo por una aplicación de mascotas y no avía bajado mi teléfono no me servía la flaca que trabaja ahí no me quiso dar la llave y la maneger es igual que aya muy pesada gracias a leona qué me ayudo estoy aca leona debería de ser la maneger eya es un amor le ayuda y le explica bien a uno leona es la mejor eya tiene que ser la manege las otra 2 son desagradable

  The Leasing office has a wonderful staff. Lauren Wright, Jessica Cain and Leonna Mills show professionalism with patience and compassion during the application process. The maintenance team takes care of issues as soon as they are notified. Roselio successfully ensured there was hot water and explained the issue. Michael Moore inspected the issue and determined the needed repair efficiently. Willard Jones fixed a leaking pipe promptly. Marisol professionally maintains the cleaning of the common areas of the building inside and outside in an skilled and organized manner. Some residents are helpful when picking up pet waste, so children can walk freely threw the grass areas. In an apartment complex, the buildings are shared, with neighbors. When roaches move in, they do not like to move out. Management does offer extermination treatments, also helpful is the purchase of roach baits or motels. Individual apartment methods are helpful Elmwood Terrace provide for the convenience and or enjoyment of a Fitness Center, Clubhouse, Residential Events and a Swimming Pool.
