  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Building and purchasing a home can easily become an overwhelming experience, but I can genuinely say that Katie, Elizabeth, Cameron and Brandon have made this process incredibly smooth and enjoyable from the very beginning. Katie has been wonderful throughout the sales process—responsive, patient, and always willing to answer questions and provide clarity whenever needed. Elizabeth has made the financing side feel far less intimidating than I ever expected. She has taken the time to explain things clearly, keep me informed, and make sure I understood each step along the way. Her guidance has allowed me to move through this process with confidence instead of unnecessary stress. Cameron, has been an important part of keeping the loan process moving behind the scenes. He has stayed in communication with me, followed up when needed, and helped make sure the necessary information and documentation continued moving through the process. I appreciate his role in helping everything stay on track and making me feel at ease with documents needed!! And Brandon has been absolutely amazing throughout the construction of my home. His communication, attention to detail, and willingness to explain the building process have been exceptional. He has kept me updated on the progress, provided photos along the way, answered my questions, and made my pre-drywall walkthrough both informative and enjoyable. I have truly appreciated his transparency and commitment to making sure things are done properly. Too Tier Project Manager🫡 What stands out most about this team is that I have never felt like I needed to chase anyone down or manage the process myself. Each person has taken ownership of their role, communicated with me, and allowed me to simply enjoy watching my home come together. I am incredibly grateful for Katie, Elizabeth, and Brandon and the experience they have created for me. If the remainder of this journey is anything like what I’ve experienced so far, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help bring my new home to life.   My husband and I were first time buyers and we could not of asked for a better team, from Kate selling us the house she made us feel very secure and comfortable with everything. My husband and I were nervous about the process we didn’t know what to expect but everyone that we worked with at Ryan homes kept us in the loop of everything every step of the way we new what was going on with our home. Everyone was super nice and helpful we are very grateful for this smooth home buying process! And we felt it so quick!

  This is our second time buying a home with Ryan Homes, and we had another great experience. The whole process was easy to follow and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. That is one of the main reasons we chose to buy with them again. We also love buying a new home because everything is brand new, and we do not have to worry about repairs right away. We are very excited to join the Lake Linganore Westridge Townhomes community. It has everything a family needs to feel happy and settled. We are looking forward to enjoying the pools, the beach, and being able to rent party rooms. We are also really excited about the new school being built nearby. Having a school within walking distance is a big plus for families with young children. We also want to thank Katie, our sales representative, who was amazing. She was patient, helpful, and always quick to respond to our questions. Elizabeth from NVR Mortgage was also great to work with. She helped us understand our options and made sure we were able to qualify. Ryan Homes has truly won our family’s trust, and we would gladly buy from them again in the future.

  What a great place to buy a home! My wife and I just finished our preconstruction meeting and have to commend the whole Westridge team on their attention to detail and outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing experience. Katie was our sales rep, and she has been excellent to work with from start to finish answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable when making such a large decision. We then met Lena, our mortgage expert. She made the most daunting part of a new home purchase feel smooth and seamless. Lastly, we met Chris, our project manager at the Preconstruction meeting. He was organized, very knowledgeable and made a first-time homebuyer feel confident in the quality of home we will receive. His communication since the start of construction has been top notch! Posting picture and emailing us updates as he finishes the different phases of construction. We can’t wait to move into our new home next year!
