  Like many of you have no doubt discovered there is just not a lot out there in the way of good options for aging in place housing in the Frederick area. And what is available is either old or is not right for those of us looking for a “forever home” where we will be able to safely age-in-place. That’s why we were so happy to discover the Bloomfields 55+ community being developed by highly respected developer Natelli Communities. After doing some online research, driving through the area several times to check out the building sites for homes and the future community features, and a few initial phone calls with the good folks with the Bloomfields 55+ Single Family Homes group, we decided to take the leap. The Ryan Homes Team at Bloomfields has been outstanding to work with! Our sales representative, Rick Beaton, has been incredibly helpful and very accommodating during this process. We leaned heavily into his expertise which was immediately evident. From our initial walkthrough of the model home to the design phase and right on through the contract phase, and beyond, Rick has been great to work with. And our Mortgage Loan Officer, Olivia Imani McDonald, has also been fantastic. I can’t tell you how many questions we have tossed at this amazing young woman, and she is always prompt, proficient and patient with us. Thanks Olivia! I can’t express how excited we are to be joining the Bloomfields 55+ Ryan Homes community and we’re really looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and being a part of a brand-new community as the development progresses to completion in the coming years.   We are very excited to be in the "freshman class" of residents in the new Bloomfields neighborhood. Our experience with the Ryan Homes team has been wonderful. This is our first time buying a new construction home, and Rick Beaton has made that process very enjoyable. He's listened to our needs, answered our questions, and made himself available whenever we've had additional concerns. Olivia Perry has also been an invaluable, informative, and patient resource during this sometimes overwhelming process. We can't wait to move in!
