From the day we started the process, David was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive.   If you're looking to buy a new home from NV Homes, I highly recommend working with David Katzker. From our very first visit, David gave us a thorough tour of the model home and took the time to explain every available option in detail. Rather than simply trying to sell upgrades, he provided thoughtful recommendations based on what would add the most value and best fit our needs. He also clearly explained the construction timeline, what to expect throughout each phase of the build, and the preferred financing options available, which made the entire process much easier to understand. David also took us around the different lots throughout the community and explained the pros and cons of each location, helping us choose the homesite that was right for our family. Throughout every interaction, he was welcoming, friendly, and made both us and our family feel comfortable. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I especially valued how detail-oriented and proactive David was. He anticipated many of our questions before we even asked them, and whenever we did have questions, he responded promptly with clear and helpful answers. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision. Instead, he gave us plenty of time and space to evaluate our options while remaining available whenever we needed guidance. Another quality we truly appreciated was David's transparency. He was upfront about pricing, clearly explained the costs associated with different options and upgrades, and never surprised us with hidden fees or unexpected expenses.   After hearing about the new home site at Lake Liganore with NV Homes, we were put in contact with David K as our pre construction liaison. David K is absolutely excellent! At this point in our project he has organized and scheduled everything for us so that we are able to carry on with busy schedules while being assured that everything is professionally handled. He is so respectful, very knowledgeable, informative and ready to help with anything, (even enquiring as to whether our toddler and infant were comfortable before and after the tours). He is not pushy but if you're interested he ensures that he does every thing to ensure you have a smooth process. In fact with everything going on with our busy schedule, we have not felt any bit of stress during any part of this process to date. I hope David can continue to be our liaison throughout this entire process - even during and after construction as his service is that great. I would highly recommend connecting with him for a very smooth and stress free process where every thing gets done properly. I am 100% satisfied with his service.
