  We are currently in the process of building our new home in the Cromwell community with NVHomes, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful from the very beginning! Our Sales Representative, John Monacci, has truly made this such an enjoyable and exciting experience. He has been incredibly helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. We have always felt well informed and confident in each step along the way. Today we had our pre-construction meeting with Jack Sawyer, and once again, we were so impressed. Jack took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure we understood exactly what to expect as construction begins. Building a new home can feel overwhelming, but John, Jack, and the NVHomes team have made the process smooth, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far and are incredibly excited to become homeowners in the Cromwell community! Thank you, John and Jack, for making this such a special experience for us. We can’t wait to see our new home come to life!

  We are extremely impressed with our entire experience with NVHomes at Cromwell. While the entire team deserves a well deserved shout out, we are extremely grateful for all of the help, guidance and assistance from our sales agent John Monacci who has always been timely, accurate and responsive with any aspect of the entire process from choosing the site, through patiently and cheerfully helping answer ANY question that comes up. No matter is too small for Johns attention, he even got us the specific paint colors from the supplier in the model homes so we could reference those and choose our own. As well, he has set up numerous 'get togethers' (ice cream socials, breakfast meetings, etc) for us to meet our future neighbors which is very thoughtful, as well as welcoming to our new home! Juliana was extremely helpful in choosing our interior options to make our home personal to our goals.We also were very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Colin (our project manager) who was also extremely helpful to set up and coordinate meetings with the appropriate contractors for very specific requirements we had with an EV charger and specific conduit needed for specific AV requirements. The contractors that NVHomes uses for this development are top shelf; Vince Ercole from Ercole Electric has been amazing to work with as well as the team from Trinity with low voltage wiring. Without a doubt NVHomes is a machine when I comes to building and delivering a high quality product and community. We are very excited to move in this September and enjoy the many aspects of this wonderful community!

  Colin Clothier our project manager is great, he has been very responsive, helpful, and supportive and his customer service is excellent. He has provided us with a trustworthy sense of direction throughout this process and a seamless path to our next phase. Mark Schnurr our sales representative is an excellent representative of this company and team , his patience, humor and dedication to our needs put us at ease with this very big moment in our lives. He has moved to another location but we will continue to be grateful for all the support he has provided and we will miss him. Julianna our design consultant has a wealth of knowledge, expertise and patience and with her help, together we made our home the best of what we imagined possible, these three people have been wonderful to work with and made this an unforgettable experience, thank you all.

NVHomes has built an outstanding culture, supported by truly exceptional people. In particular, Mark Schnurr in sales took a thoughtful, consultative approach that helped guide our decision-making from the customer’s perspective. We found his style both impressive and refreshing. Jack Sawyer in project management consistently brought a can-do attitude and proactively managed expectations on our behalf. His level of customer service was unexpected in the best way and equally refreshing. We were so pleased with our experience that we contacted executive management simply to thank them for the culture they have created and that we have been fortunate to enjoy.

  We recently purchased an NVHome at Cromwell 55+ and are so happy and excited to make this community our next home. We worked with Sales Representative Mark Schnurr, who is awesome! We appreciated his calm and easy going style as well as his knowledge about the community. He was very patient with the many questions we had regarding the home and the site, and because of Mark's hard work and diligence, we ultimately found a homesite that met all of our expectations. We also appreciated how the whole team, including Jackie and John, works together in representing this community. They were always available and helpful with any questions as well. This team approach makes each visit to Cromwell so enjoyable.
