NVHomes has built an outstanding culture, supported by truly exceptional people. In particular, Mark Schnurr in sales took a thoughtful, consultative approach that helped guide our decision-making from the customer’s perspective. We found his style both impressive and refreshing. Jack Sawyer in project management consistently brought a can-do attitude and proactively managed expectations on our behalf. His level of customer service was unexpected in the best way and equally refreshing. We were so pleased with our experience that we contacted executive management simply to thank them for the culture they have created and that we have been fortunate to enjoy.

  We recently purchased an NVHome at Cromwell 55+ and are so happy and excited to make this community our next home. We worked with Sales Representative Mark Schnurr, who is awesome! We appreciated his calm and easy going style as well as his knowledge about the community. He was very patient with the many questions we had regarding the home and the site, and because of Mark's hard work and diligence, we ultimately found a homesite that met all of our expectations. We also appreciated how the whole team, including Jackie and John, works together in representing this community. They were always available and helpful with any questions as well. This team approach makes each visit to Cromwell so enjoyable.   We were SOOOO close to purchasing a beautiful and perfect home at this new 55+ community. Our salesperson, Mark Schnurr, was extremely helpful in pointing us to the best options for us, including the lot and everything related to the house. He was patient and understanding as we considered all factors in this monumental choice. Personal circumstances led us to a different home purchase, but that had nothing to do with NV's process nor Mark's care and attentiveness. Thank you, Mark!

  Our search for a new home recently took us to Cromwell 55+ where we met Sales Representative Mark Schnurr. Mark was absolutely great to work with, patient with our endless questions, and well informed about the Cromwell community. Although we did not ultimately purchase a home at Cromwell because the location did not work well with our family situation, we wanted to express our thanks and appreciation to Mark for helping guide us through the process.

  We recently purchased a new NVHomes single-family home at Cromwell 55+ and were fortunate to work with our sales agent, David Katzker. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. David provided clear guidance throughout the home-buying process and consistently demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He was always responsive and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The new home construction team has also been outstanding. Working with our project manager, Jack Sawyer, has been a pleasure. He kept us well-informed with regular updates during construction and was quick to respond whenever we had questions. Jack truly goes above and beyond to ensure we felt confident and informed at every stage of the construction process. During our pre-drywall inspection, even our home inspector noted that this is a well-managed and well-built home, which speaks volumes about the quality of the work and oversight. Overall, this has been an extremely positive experience, and we are excited to move into our beautiful new home soon. We highly recommend purchasing a NVHome in this community.
