  Our new home is being built by NV Homes. The Project Manager assigned to manage the building of the home from ground up is Mr. John Kolb. He is a wonderful professional and really talented! My husband and I have received outstanding support, and complete guidance on the dynamics of the preparations, used to build each stage of the operation. Once a week, John reaches out to us, with enthusiasm and encouragement for step-by-step building developments! He also provides pictures of our homes progress in Photo Circle. This makes us really happy! We can’t thank him enough, and we are proud of his work. Even the co-workers that work teaming with him equally provides back-up support effectively. Overall, we are grateful and totally 💯 pleased with everything being done so far to make our home planned completion date in early 2027. Mr. John Kolb deserves to be commended for a job well done, and all of the partnering staff members at NV Homes. Blessings and peace (Shalom)!!! Very Respectfully, DEQ

  We have built 4 homes in Frederick County. The experience at NV has been extraordinary. The communication, assistance, and customer focus is exceptional. Our project manager John Kolp has been informative, timely and very enagaged with us, keeping us well informed of each stage of the process. We look forward to starting our next chapter in the Cromwell development.

  John Kolp was our Project Manager at NV Homes at Cromwell 55+ Single Family Homes. John is a consummate professional and an absolute asset to the NVR Project Management team at Cromwell 55+. As our primary point of contact, John brought an impressive depth and breadth of content knowledge and experience that kept our build running smoothly. He expertly balanced his daily responsibilities across NVR teams while maintaining an exceptional, customer-centric focus and outstanding communication. Although we had built a home years ago, navigating a planned community was a completely new experience for us. We deeply appreciated how thoughtful, patient, and understanding John was every step of the way. NVR is incredibly fortunate to have a project manager of John’s caliber, and we cannot thank him enough for all he has done on our behalf!

  Think Twice Before Buying an NV Home!! I strongly recommend prospective buyers think very carefully before purchasing from NV Homes/NVR. My experience with my NV home in Lake Linganore has been extremely disappointing. NV Homes markets itself as a luxury builder, but the construction quality I experienced was nowhere close to what I would consider luxury. Most concerning, my DRYER vent was not EVEN connected—a basic construction issue that I consider a serious potential safety risk. Finding something like this in a brand-new, premium-priced home is completely unacceptable. Even more frustrating has been the poor response and lack of urgency when addressing these concerns. Luxury should mean quality workmanship, proper inspections, accountability, and excellent service—not just a luxury price tag. Based on my experience, I would not buy another NV Home and cannot recommend them to others. To future buyers: do not rely on the “luxury” label. Hire your own independent inspector, check everything carefully, and document every issue before closing. NV Homes needs to focus far more on quality, safety, and taking care of homeowners—not simply selling expensive homes.

  We have been in our new NV Home at Cromwell for almost a month now and this has been an excellent experience from start to finish. From day one our Sales Rep, John Monacci, made it apparent that our happiness and satisfaction is his top priority. He has always been available to answer even the most mundane question or just to shoot the breeze when we would stop by during the construction. Now that we are in the home he continues to give top notch assistance. The entire team - John, Colin, Juliana, Mark, Jackie, Madison, Matthew and everyone else that we have encountered during this process has been a pleasure to work with. We love our new home and community and look forward to many happy years here.
