  We are thrilled to have found this community! These are single family homes with one level living which are si hard to find in our area. The floor plans meet our needs perfectly. The homes come equipped with upgrades that would cost extra at other builders. Our agent, Amie, is exceptional in working with us and ensuring that our questions are answered. The amenities are outstanding. We cannot wait to move in!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience purchasing our new NV home at Bloomfields in Frederick. I bought a NV Home 25 years ago in a Natelli community and could not be happier. Ironically, the sales person (David Katzka) I bought 25 years ago has been involved selling homes for NV in Bloomfileds. NV builds great and reliable homes and Natelli builds communities that are ammenities rich and encourages community. From the very beginning, the process has been a pleasure, and a large part of that is due to the incredible support we received from Ami (Sales) and Andrew (project manager).Both have been extremely accommodating, responsive, and attentive to our requests throughout the process. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, our concerns were addressed, and that we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. One of the things we love most about Bloomfields is how active and vibrant the 55+ community is. There are so many opportunities to meet people, participate in activities, and enjoy an active lifestyle. Just through our visits, It already feels like a place where we can build friendships and truly enjoy this next chapter of our lives. The quality of the construction and the overall experience have exceeded our expectations. Having a sales representative (Ami) and project manager (Andrew) who genuinely care about their customers has made what can sometimes be a stressful process an absolute pleasure. We would highly recommend Bloomfields to anyone looking for a beautiful home in an active 55+ community, and we are especially grateful to Ami and Andrew who made our home-buying experience so enjoyable.

  We love our new home! We worked with Amie Walter’s, our sale consultant, through the process of selecting a home. Amie was amazing - very responsive and informative. Amie helped us make our initial selections and then helped with follow up meetings and appointments for choosing flooring, lighting, fixtures and electrical options. We did have a couple of change orders during pre-construction that Amie was able to walk us through with no issues. Thanks Amie! You are awesome! Construction started on time and we closed on the initial promised date in August. Carlos, our assigned project manager, kept us up to date on activities and kept things moving and on-time. We are still going through some post construction / pre-closing items that no doubt will get addressed. Nice job Carlos! Madison, who managed our closing paperwork with a team at NV actually met with us to do our closing. She was very thorough and was able to answer all of our questions. Closing paperwork was concise, complete with no surprises. We really appreciate you Madison. Overall, we are very impressed with NV and its total operation. We love our new home and features that really make it special. And the club house, pool, gym and pavilion are amazing and great amenities are amazing!. We are happy to be here in this active, 55+ community. We have met so many people in our first week. We are more then ready for this next chapter in our lives

  We stopped by at Bloomfields, planning on ruling out a 55+ community but when we saw the houses (especially the ceiling heights) we realized it could work. Working with Amie and all the other staff, who answered all our questions, we decided to buy. The entire process has been wonderful, at no time did we feel any pressure to buy or make decisions before we were ready. We're looking forward to moving to Bloomfields in December 2026.
