  We have had a terrific experience with NVHomes at Bloomfields, and particularly with David Katzker. We are about to have our pre-construction meeting and everything has gone incredibly smoothly so far. This is our first new build, and David has been very patient and thorough in addressing our many, many questions. He and the rest of the team, including the folks on the design and finance side of the business, are extremely knowledgeable and place a strong emphasis on providing great customer service. We're looking forward to the next phases of the build and continuing to work with such a great team!

  Our home is just in the beginning of the building process, but up to now our experience with NVH has been great. David has been wonderful in guiding us through the sales, contract and selection process. He has always been very informative and responsive which is important to us since we are currently living out of state. I only hope the construction team will be the same which I certainly expect them to be.

  I am so excited for my home in NV Cromwell!! My experience has been wonderful so far starting with my salesperson David (the whole sales team has been awesome…John, Jackie and Mark) and continuing the process with my amazing project managers Colin and Josh! They have strived to keep me informed and been so great to work with. Thank you all!!

  We had an excellent experience at NVHomes at Bloomfields 55+ Single-Family Homes. David Katzker was outstanding to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us through everything from lot selection to future options and all the details a buyer really needs explained along the way. David made the experience smooth, clear, and enjoyable. The community is beautiful, the product is excellent, and the level of service was top-notch. I would absolutely recommend David and NVHomes at Bloomfields to anyone considering a 55+ community.   We had been considering a move to a 55+ community for quite some time. Having visited the Bloomfields community on several occasions, one afternoon I stopped in and was greeted warmly by Amie Walters the Sales Representative. Amie was courteous, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the community and all that Bloomfields had to offer. I shared with her what we were looking for and felt very encouraged to bring my wife back to tour the Models and discuss options. Upon returning with Debby, she and Debby hit it off immediately and it was clear to us that we had found our next adventure. We had many questions and Amie made the process very easy for us. We felt extremely comfortable moving forward with purchasing a home in Bloomfields. Amie has been with us from the start, always welcoming us every time we visit. She is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to NVHomes. We are visiting the Design Showroom next week and are looking forward to designing our new home.
