If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
I applied on May 29th, paid both the application and holding fees, and nearly 30 days later (June 22nd), I still have no clear move-in timeline or resolution. The only consistent response I’ve received is that maintenance and management are not communicating or doing their jobs effectively.
My original unit was supposed to be ready in mid-June. After already being approved and paying fees, I was suddenly told it would not be ready. I was then forced to downsize and switch to another unit, only to be told that this unit may not be ready either because the leasing office has not received updates from maintenance.
The lack of organization, communication, and accountability is unacceptable—especially for people preparing to uproot their lives and move into a new home.
What made the experience worse was the customer service. When I asked to speak with the property manager regarding the urgency of my situation, I was met with attitude and asked, “For what?” I was then told the property manager was too busy to listen to my concerns.
It’s disappointing because I genuinely wanted to live here. The apartments are affordable, the layout is nice, and a friend who previously lived here recommended the community. Unfortunately, the leasing experience has completely changed my perception.
Future residents should be aware: paying fees does not guarantee communication, transparency, or a smooth move-in process. If you’re on a deadline and need reliable housing, I would proceed with extreme caution and have a backup plan.
