  DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. A.c been out all week with no assistance, Jack the rent up crazy prices. Everyone from the front desk to maintenance need to be fired they act like they care and dont. This has been the worst two years animals in the walls, mold in the ceilings, trash piled, building dirty, roaches, and other rodents. The community really needs to come together and file a complaint i know i will be first thing in the morning. How is emergency maintenance not available it should be regardless of holiday. I should have knew something was off when they wouldn't allow me to see my unit until I moved in and still have stuff that hasn't been repaired since I moved in. I really hope everyone gets terminated people are literally moving out everyday with no notice do not believe the five star reviews I have been asked to fix my review if things are fixed anf I'm not I see why Kenneth left just trifflin

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I applied on May 29th, paid both the application and holding fees, and nearly 30 days later (June 22nd), I still have no clear move-in timeline or resolution. The only consistent response I’ve received is that maintenance and management are not communicating or doing their jobs effectively. My original unit was supposed to be ready in mid-June. After already being approved and paying fees, I was suddenly told it would not be ready. I was then forced to downsize and switch to another unit, only to be told that this unit may not be ready either because the leasing office has not received updates from maintenance. The lack of organization, communication, and accountability is unacceptable—especially for people preparing to uproot their lives and move into a new home. What made the experience worse was the customer service. When I asked to speak with the property manager regarding the urgency of my situation, I was met with attitude and asked, “For what?” I was then told the property manager was too busy to listen to my concerns. It’s disappointing because I genuinely wanted to live here. The apartments are affordable, the layout is nice, and a friend who previously lived here recommended the community. Unfortunately, the leasing experience has completely changed my perception. Future residents should be aware: paying fees does not guarantee communication, transparency, or a smooth move-in process. If you’re on a deadline and need reliable housing, I would proceed with extreme caution and have a backup plan.
