This issue was reported alongside another maintenance item, and I was informed that a technician would address both during a single visit. However, the technician only completed one repair before leaving, and the toilet was never addressed. I have sent a previous email regarding this matter but have not yet received a response or a follow-up visit. The sound of the consistently running water is disruptive, and I would appreciate it if you could schedule a technician to resolve this as soon as possible.

- JBJanae BApr 8, 20265.0I've been here since December and I will say I was very skeptical at first...but Ms. B and whoever is in charge of the resident emails...you guys are great. occasionally we see the unattended kids but its nothing to alarming. Maybe add MORE washers and dryers? having one of each in a building is crazy...luckily there are laundromats around lol. also the reserved spots, you guys definitely need to add more.
