- DDDa New Day4 days ago1.0I believe it is important for future residents to know the truth before signing a lease and committing their money to this apartment complex. Based on my personal experience, there have been ongoing maintenance problems, including serious issues with the heating and air-conditioning. I have reported these concerns multiple times, but repairs have often been delayed, incomplete, or have not permanently fixed the problem. There always seems to be something breaking, and residents should not have to repeatedly request the same essential repairs. The apartment I received also did not fully match the pictures or videos shown before I moved in. The windows and doors appear old and allow outside air and heat to enter, making it difficult to keep the apartment comfortable. I am not writing this review simply out of anger. I am sharing my honest experience because people deserve accurate information before choosing where to live. Rent is a major financial commitment, and residents should be able to expect a safe, comfortable apartment and reliable maintenance service.
