  I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment complex. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautiful throughout. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. Their excellent customer service and the pristine condition of the community truly set this place apart.

  Went in for a tour and the apartment bedroom sizes were much larger than they looked online. The property was well kept and very quiet. I really enjoyed being able to speak with the staff onsite and get several questions answered. Will be coming back once I am ready to move.

  The windows desperately need to be replaced. In the winter the heat that you are paying for is useless due to the winter air coming through the windows. Same goes for the old sliding glass doors. This apartment complex truly is the landlord special and it is not at all worth what they charge. THERE IS HARDLY EVER ANY PARKING. On multiple occasions I have had to park one or two streets over because the complex does not enforce the guest parking. If you have a problem or need to reach out to the staff, good luck they never answer their emails. They only reach out when they are asking for Google reviews. Please do not live here and waste your hard earned money.

  Communication with the leasing office is difficult. You call and email without response. My daughter has been trying to get off the lease with this company for a month now and still no response to repeated emails, phone calls, as well as in a in-person visit to the office! How long does it take to reply to an email and attach a document?!?!?! At this point I would not recommend this location due to the fact that if you need help or need to get anything done in a timely fashion with the ladies in the leasing office. It's ridiculous the lack of response.
