  I’ve been living in queens purchase apartments for two years now and everything is fine except they don’t fix things in timely manner ! Every time something is broken in my apartment it take them so long to fix. Now I been without AC for a week now in 100 degree weather and they told me that they do not consider that an emergency no AC in 100 degree weather literally! They told me my request will be addressed in the Oder it was received even tho no one answered and I been calling for days and just received an answer. This is all hen Webb properties btw

  The leasing process was great didnt take long incredible customer service from Alberta and Kate very helpful and knowledgeable. The moving in process was good. My unit is clean no bugs no mice which is very important I have ocd I only seen minor things that caught my eye but it’s small spots on walls that I wiped down. Maintenance responds slow sometimes other times they are fast. It’s a small storage space for each resident, It’s quiet and I love the place actually

  All good except every year I’ve run into this problem with the AC unit leaking upstairs. They come in in break the breakdown ceiling now then replace the back this year. They wiped it off and paint it over. I think they painted over top of mold and that is I think that is illegal. Everything else is good though.

  Good Morning, No One has come to fix the knob on the shower, I can't take a shower, the knob is breaking I could turn the water off...I have a plumbing problem in my bathroom...I still have snow and stuff in front of my door, so I can't get out...I don't want to fall...My bones don't heal that fast...How long do I have to wait to get this done. I'm at 1202 Handworth Pl.. Apt.L...The emergency crew is no good... he never came when had a problem with my heat... I have been living her going on 7 years and this the first time I have seen no one come around and take care of this snow ...Thank you..Betty McCoy
