  I would highly recommend for you nor to move into this complex, I've been leaving here for 8 years and the rental agents are rude maintenance is awful!

  This place is horrible. We’ve been here for about eight years no section 8 full rent in. The toilet ran over that caused all this damage. We have no pattern in our carpet 90° weather can’t turn the air conditioner on because they turn off the Electricity Debbie and Lisa from the resident office are absolutely rude disrespectful very sarcastic and I would not recommend no one to lease for Henderson Web and that’s why their rent is so cheap because they trying to get you trapped. You can’t even leave your lease they make you go month-to-month on top of going month-to-month, you have to give them three months before you choose to move out make it make sense. Absolutely taking it to Corporate because they are awful, and God only knows what else goes on with this raggedy unprofessional place!!!! DONT MOVE IN THIS COMPLEX!!!!!! And I actually didn’t even wanna give them a star, but I can’t post this comment unless I rate them. I don’t even want to rate them. Nothing don’t move into this Otherwise, you’ll be sick like my mother coughing!!!!!

  I toured the unit model, but I wanted to see my specific unit, and they mentioned it still needs to be ready. I get that. Also, when I realized I was at the wrong place, the key still worked! That made me a little uneasy, especially since I was wondering if this was my unit, anyone could just walk in and out with that key. The leasing agent had already put an address on my application without giving me a chance to fully tour my exact unit. That was a big red flag for me. Also, the person who trained Talia needs to give her more guidance. Every time I asked a question, she didn’t know the answer. We all know that if you have a HCV and were told not to sign a lease until all the proper documents are approved, they shouldn’t insist on you signing one before everything is approved by the county. That’s another red flag. If they reject your RFTA and need to negotiate, you’re still responsible for the lease and could face eviction even if you haven’t moved in yet. So, please be very careful!

  I have a friend who lives at these townhouses and is currently homebound because of a lack of snow and ice removal. The snow and ice has been stopped and at 5pm the next day still not a sidewalk shoveled or salted. Another community across the parking lot had plowed one lane through the road or it would even be accessible. This is unacceptable!!
