  To the reader… If you are considering making Townes at Pine Orchard your new home, I sincerely hope you have the pleasure of working with **Sophia**\. From my very first interaction with her, she was absolutely exceptional\. She is, hands down, one of the BEST leasing professionals I have ever encountered and a truly wonderful ambassador for this community\. Sophia possesses that rare combination of being **endearing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly prompt**\. She made me feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely excited about the possibility of calling Townes at Pine Orchard home\. I applied **today and was approved the very same day\!** Throughout the process, Sophia communicated with me, answered my questions, and coordinated with her manager to keep everything moving seamlessly\. Her manager was equally wonderful and made me feel that they were just as interested in welcoming me to the Townes at Pine Orchard community as I was in becoming a resident\. That feeling means more than I can adequately express\. This experience was more than simply applying for a new home—it felt like everything came together exactly as it was supposed to\. **God is amazing, and He does amazing things\!** I am truly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm Sophia showed me throughout this entire experience\.   Tracy O’ May is an excellent property manager and things have changed positively ever since she took over. I wish she was here when I moved in, my experience would have been great. She is very responsive, personable and always proactive. Alongside with George. Just excellent Abiola A.

  I am not a current resident, but I was very interested in Townes at Pine Orchard and unfortunately my experience turned me away. I called twice in January and left two separate voicemails since no one was available, and I never received a return call. I then scheduled a tour a week in advance and received confirmations both the day I scheduled and again the week of the appointment, so I rearranged my day to make it work. However, at 9:04 pm the night before the tour, I received an email stating the office would be closed the next day and my tour would not take place. I replied to the email explaining my frustration with the inconvenience and the fact that I had adjusted my schedule, but I did not receive a response to that email either. If communication and consideration for potential residents is handled this way, it raises concerns about how current residents may be treated. Based on this experience, I decided not to move forward.

  We moved to Townes at Pine Orchard for a couple of months while we were house hunting. The manager, Tiffany, was so easy to work with and helpful before/during our stay - nice, pleasant and safe community.
