  Just wanted to give a high five to Brittany, one of the office members. She has been extremely helpful to me, as i am someone who has not navigated the apartment/ rental process in over forty years! Gladly answered any questions I had. Brittany and Eve made the process very smooth! Looking forward to living here!

  Alta Regency has hosted a fun fish fry today as a start for the 4th of July weekend. Tai and Eve work well for the residents and community experience. Love the fish fry. C Naranjo

  This property is run by a great management team.Alexis goes above and beyond to ensure that the property runs smoothly.I highly recommend this property as well as it's top notch staff.

  While hosting an event at Alta at Regency Crest I had the opportunity to speak to many of the residents. Many of those I spoke to took the time to compliment the current management team of Alexis and Tai, mentioning that they were responsive to resident's needs, professional in their interactions and supportive and caring. It is a well maintained building with many amenities in a terrific location-easy to see why the current residents are so pleased to be there!
