  I would like to thank Ms. Khadijah for being such an amazing and helpful leasing agent. She was very professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions clearly and always made sure I felt comfortable and supported. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly made my experience much better. I highly appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend working with her!

  I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and I have had a pretty good experience. My apartment is in good condition (I love the view out the balcony), and maintenance is fairly responsive. The property is quite clean, especially with the dumpsters being almost always full. The routine pest control, air filter replacement, and smoke alarm testing only sometimes happens when scheduled, but they are quick to follow up when I ask about it. I usually address concerns in-person at the leasing office because I don’t have great success with someone answering the phone. I think the sound proofing is actually great. I know my neighbors have a newborn and a dog, but I haven’t heard them at all. My main concern is water issues. For the past year and a half, different pipes across the whole property have burst, causing them to shut off the water to 1, a few, or all of the buildings. I estimate at least 8 times have impacted me, with outages lasting a few hours to over 2 days. Communication is not great, there is almost never a notification when the water is back on, and there is no compensation. Day-to-day, the water pressure in the shower ranges quite a bit and sometimes dies completely out.

  Staff isn’t very friendly (Deanna). Nice community and clean area is saving this complex from a 1 star in my book. I urge people to check it out, maybe it was just an off day 🤷🏻‍♂️

  I don’t ever leave a comment but I just want to say the the lady Sidney at the front office and the manager are the best two people ever. Helped me secured my place and were very nice to me. They get 5 starts. I would give Mr. Armando 10 starts if there were any, I love it here and had move in since November 2025. I had my maintenance requests that were checked completed three times but never were work on. Today Mr. Armando came and fixed everything… the reported and non reported maintenance requests. My bedroom window blinds/screen, repaired my patio lock and inspected my stove, he noticed my broken front door knob and mediately fixed. He noticed I never gotten a drain strainer and he brought me one. He is the reason I’m writing a review. I love this community and I love the two staff but I was hesitant to leave a comment because ever since I moved, my requests weren’t met. Please give me Armando a big fat bonus and raise because he is doing God’s work. Gracias Senior Armando❤️🙏🏾
