  The apartment was great at first. We’ve lived here for almost a year now. We were one of the first to move in. They had a family below us that had kids and pets. The kids would make noise all day and night even on school nights. The pets would bark and make noises as well. Don’t get me started on them smoking weed so bad you could smell it in our apartment. When they moved out it was quiet for about 1 month until a new family moved in and they are worse than the last. Now this family has teenagers that run around, scream and it shakes the entire apartment. We’ve mentioned this to the manager and are still awaiting results. They also run up all the stairs back and forth hitting doors and doorbells. I work night shift and surly don’t want to hear all of this when trying to rest. I get you have kids and kids will be kids but this is ridiculous especially for the price we pay to live here. Please address this issue or I will.

  I’ve only begun the process of moving here and I can only say good things!! Jeffrey gave us an amazing tour and showed us all of the wonderful features! The short hour I was there he had already made it feel like home! The application process has been easy so far, and I look forward to what the future holds!! (p.s. the garbage disposal switch is under the sink, iykyk).

  This is a very nice apartment complex. Walking through the building, you get the feeling of staying in a nice hotel. There are nice common areas with a fitness center, gas grills, and billiards table. Walmart, Giant, China Buffet, the Dollar Store, Liquor store, and Aldi's are all within walking distance. Jeffrey, the property manager, showed me around the Promenade and helped me with the application process. Mollie, the leasing agent, gave me the walk through on my apartment when it was ready. Both of them were very friendly and helpful. Minor issues with the apartment were addressed by the contractors in a timely fashion.

  I cannot say enough about this property and the staff! So helpful and knowledgeable! The layout of the apartments were perfect and the amenities surpassed my expectations! Absolutely beautiful property and great location!!
