- GDGavin DawsonApr 21, 20261.0I would not recommend Holiday Gate Apartments to anyone, especially families or anyone looking for a place to grow into. The units are very small with barely any storage space, making it difficult to live comfortably long-term. There’s simply no room to expand or keep your belongings organized. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, which makes it hard to relax or have any privacy. Noise is a constant issue. One of the biggest problems is the roach infestation. Management’s only response is to spray every couple of weeks, but it does absolutely nothing to solve the issue. The bugs keep coming back and can easily spread into your personal belongings, which is frustrating and unsanitary. On top of that, maintenance is unprofessional. They have entered without knocking, which is a serious invasion of privacy. You never know when someone might just walk in. Overall, between the lack of space, noise problems, pest issues, and poor management practices, this is not a place I would recommend living.

It was funny I called and said Gm and her exact words were Gm Tony 🤣🤣🤣 thank you ms Alberta for all you did for me
- NDNikki DavisAug 9, 20211.0If I could give no starts I would first they don’t come and fix anything they never answer they phones and the are really rude I was living here for two years and the times that I’ve stayed here it nasty bugs everywhere ants are in your home none stop and maintenance done care they damage all my things and now wants me to pay and I’m not !!
