- RSRick S1 day ago5.0Yonas had resolve water main repair, had cleaning crew to clean up after. Excellent experiences from the maintenance team led by Yonas. He's always friendly and helpful for all service required. The leasing office team are always helpful and accommodating with requests and questions. Moving due to new job.

- JMJoshua McCurry5 days ago1.0Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in by far, and thats including some $500/mo slumlord specials in my younger days. This is a corporate owned building that does the absolute minimum to milk every penny out of you while the building falls apart. 3 car break ins in the span of one year, the response from management was to start making residents buy parking permits - as if that had anything at all to do with security instead of broken streetlamps and no cameras. The public gazebo burned down in 2025, which I'm pretty sure was arson. Our whole building was almost always crawling with cockroaches, as were neighboring buildings. Snow removal took a solid week. Our AC was busted for days and days, and when the repairman finally fixed it he left juryrigged wiring exposed to the elements which I'm pretty sure is a massive fire and safety risk. Cheap laminate flooring that was always peeling, the list goes on and on and on. This place was a living hell This is not a $1000/mo place in a bad neighborhood, it is supposedly a "luxury" rental in Howard County. We paid something over 2 grand /mo including pet rent, just to live in squalor due to circumstances that prevented us moving out. DO NOT MOVE HERE! And I advise staying away from anywhere managed by Murn properties.
