- BLBrooke London4 days ago5.0I been a resident for about a year and a half and seen three property mangers and several other new staff members. This is bae far the best staff the brook has had. The property use to look okay but since Ashley been her the property looks immaculate. I stopped coming to the office a while back because the office never would help me or was rude. But when I was speaking with my neighbor yesterday she told me I should go to the office and speak to the new property manager. She said she would help me on everything I need. I told her I doubt it because the staff has always been horrible. But I can say Ashley proved me wrong. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and she listened to all my concerns and showed empathy. While I was their I also met Sean the maintenance supervisor and he came to my home to assist with my emergency and told me he would schedule an inspection for today to inspect my entire home and repair what is needed here. Words can not express how grateful I am of the new staff and satisfied with my experience. I hope this crew stays. Thank you Sean and Ashley for helping me and listening while showing empathy.

She had a office full of people and the way she navigated everyone was awesome. He smile and customer service is impeccable. She got me approved and I get to move in on Monday. I can't wait to move into my home. The brook has an amazing manger who sets the tone of experience. I didn't get to see the unit since office was busy but she pulled it up online and gave me a tour while helping others.

She will stop everything she is doing to assist with any and everything. I love how she helps and how the community looks. It has not looked like this since I been here. Robin and Josh had nothing on this new lady. You are a blessing to our community. Thank the lord for you! She also does great resident events. I can’t wait for the next one.

I would like to say that the new Property Manager Ms Ashley Shepard has been a welcomed edition to the Brook community. She has been very attentive and empathetic to the needs of the community.
