    I love love love my apartment here!! Have been here since Nov.2025. anything you need done they come right away to fix it, lovely apartment, quiet here and everyone is sooo nice. Could not love it more!! I asked for a new kitchen floor 2 days ago, I came home from work to my new kitchen floor today! They want to make their residents happy and they do!! ❤️❤️

    He tenido problemas con el sistema de calefacción desde el domingo que callo la tormenta de nieve el sistema dejo de funcionar y hoy es miércoles y aún no he tenido solución alguna se supone que tiene que ser llamado de emergencia tienen un sistema de emergencia malo no resuelven las emergencias como debería ser tenga una pequeña y ya se me enfermo 🤒 la cosina siempre se queman los quemadores y no las remplazan por nuevas 1/28/026

    Henderson should be ashamed of themselves you all have the audacity to make the tenants responsible for shoveling out the cars when 90 percent lazy residents don’t then when the hard working ones come home they have nowhere to park because your parking lot is not clear which you all should do during the day when everyone at work not 10 at night when everyone home and the spaces are taken by our cars. no salt no one shoveled the from doors the sidewalks the guys barely shoveled the drive way woman and men out there in the cold shoveling cars n trucks out there is a serious risk not taking care of the tenants The bluff the emergency number no one picking up but y’all go up 60 dollars in rent for what carpet never changed appliances old as hell we risking our lives s trying to walk on ice because the complex did not do anything my family will not be renewing anything. Sidewalks straight ice no salt nothing what if someone or myself gets hurt you all don’t care we will never recommend anyone to live here ever what are tenants paying for? over 1700 for less than 800 square foot not worth it and then will deal with loud fighting, mice infestation and myself and family has respiratory problems, washer dryer always down bc they cheap washers and dryers I looked them up and it cost too much to wash n dry especially paying over 1700 dollars and yall been going up 60 per year like it’s worth it yall are insane. Front office has a nasty attitude, the guy who came and plowed yesterday had an attitude like it’s so many ppl with no jobs give it to someone who will work and take their job serious. PEOPLE never do Southern Management period go somewhere else worth your money. We do not want to hear about any generalized statements like what can we do to rectify the situation, call this number where no one answers, we apologize for the inconvenience just stop please we heard it all and it’s bull crap do better!!!!!!

    The Staff is very people friendly and knowledgeable. I am going through a rough patch. A Senior searching for an apartment is overwhelming and difficult but when I went to their office, it was like stepping into the past when people were patient with Seniors and go down to their level and helped them. It was refreshing. I felt good. I feel that living there would be great for me. I look forward to the moving date.

    Normally I do not write reviews but I think I have to at his point. I just moved here on October 14. My apartment was not move in ready. Although the day of some things were fixed but the rest weren't. It has been over a week and things are still not complete. I turned in the inspection sheet on Friday to the office and to inquire why I haven't received a call back. The response was a shoulder shrug and we will call back when we are able to. Unacceptable. It doesn't take a week and a half for a call back. I can't get in touch with anyone. I have called constantly and left voicemails. As a matter of fact I just called a little while ago. No answer and no call back. I'm normally not able to make my way over to the office before it closes as adults still have things they have to do after work. So I figured calling should be a resolution...NOT. Reading these reviews should frighten you because a lot is true. When I read them prior to even visiting the property, I figured some people may have just been in their feelings about some things...nope, they were telling the truth. The spiders, true. The windows, true. The heat feeling like air, true. No one answering the phones, true. I've contacted corporate the day of move in, no response. The property manager and regional manager even came over on my move in day to check things out and things are still not good. To me the apartments aren't worth the money. Most things in the apartment look "rickety" if, they aren't renovated. Even still they should look nice, acceptable. Instead of worn, torn and damaged. You have to look at the apartments when there is full daylight to see what you need to see, which is the true condition of the apartment as they do not have the lights/electricity on until you move in and cut it on yourself. Shame, smh! I wanted to move from the 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom because it was renovated which means that it was more than likely touched, fixed, move in ready but I didn't see that the ac unit took up a whole damn closet. Wth! I am seriously hoping that I'm in the middle of an awful joke or a bad dream and that I don't really live in this place. Some one please help me escape. Take your time and look else where because unfortunately this is not the where you want to live.
