- KYK YSep 2, 20261.0Lame-ar Review Don't let the new paint job fool you, this place is a dump- a mess through and through. You can paint a turd but it doesn't make it smell any better. In fact, the only reason to live here is if you’re already stuck here. Management is notorious for poor communication with tenants, leaving the pet waste stations overflowing with poop and often out of bags, showing you a nice apartment but giving you an inexcusable mess, and at times even exposing their tenants to extreme temperatures and unsafe conditions, etc. Often avoiding any accountability when issues are brought to their attention [Barbara is most notorious for this]. They continuously fail to notify tenants of apartment complex renovations and maintenance- often only sending notifications when the work has already begun (i.e. the recent paint job, power-washing, even work to be done in your own apartment etc.). This is one of the most visually deceptive apartment complexes we’ve ever experienced. It looks great at first but as soon as you look at the details the facade crumbles. A turd by any other name would smell just as shitty. Save yourself the trouble, stress, and anxiety and find somewhere else to live.

- RPRobo PieJul 30, 20262.0The fee to apply for a lease is allegedly only $25 (non-refundable), but it isn't until after you've paid it that you find out there are more fees (i.e. to a third-party 'pet screening' agency) before your applcation can go through. The leasing agent was very nice, but even she didn't know about the undisclosed fees until I said something. Don't give them your SSN.
