  I'm a new resident here and couldn't be happier. The location offers a lot....especially for retirees. The common areas (inside and out) are great and extremely well kept. I'm downsizing significantly as part of my move and I'm confident this will be a good transition from my long term suburban home. The apartments seem to be a perfect size for me in the coming years. Brooke helped me with my initial tour and guiding me through that whole daunting process. She was excellent. Very responsive, helpful and patient. She represents The Evergreens very well and I couldn't have asked for more going through the challenging transition. Thanks Brooke.

  My husband and I have been residents at The Evergreens for 11 years and it's been a wonderful experience -- like living in a five-star hotel (but without room service)! The building is beautifully maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is wonderful (efficient, professional, and cordial). They work hard to create a sense of community for the residents. I can't think of a better place to live.
