  I am moving from SC to MD and apartment hunting has been a headache. But then I came across The Elms at Kendall and it's property managers - John Claude and John Carlos. What had been a headache instantly turned into a HUGE smile as soon as I stepped into their office. Each of them are so kind, and so knowledgeable and so thorough! Within 10 minutes of being in their office I knew I wanted to live there and I hadn't even seen the apartment yet. Then after the amazing John Claude took me thru to view the unit, the property itself was just confirmation that this was the place for me. It has everything I needed plus more. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean - which is a must for me. The balcony is perfect for my morning coffee and zen. Then there's the pool - I love it! Also, walking around the property I was introduced to the maintenance men and they were just as kind and delightful as John Carlos and John Claude - which was just further confirmation that this is the place for me. I am applying today, right after viewing the property and I think you should too. Have both of the office managers tell you about how they got their names. Lol. It's a really cool and unique story - just as cool and unique as they are. 😃 My apologies for writing a book! I actually have tons more great things I could say about the community and it's management, but I understand how busy everyone is in today's world. 😆

  Fantastic location. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance staff is by far the best and most responsive I have ever experienced in ~15 years of apartment living. The front office staff is delightful, and in particular, Jean really made living here a wonderful experience.

  Buildings are well kept and generally quiet. Maintenance and staff are very communicative, responsive, and friendly. I've enjoyed living here very much.

  These are the best apartments I have ever lived in, the staff is very attentive to the residents, and everything is very clean and organized
