  The management team here is incredibly consistent—they consistently ignore every maintenance request I send. My AC was broken for months and they just gave me the run around, they provided no compensation or any form of reimbursement. If I were to do it again I would live else where!

  I am sharing my experience with Eagle Rock Apartments because I believe prospective residents should be aware of the challenges we have faced with maintenance response and communication. Our central air conditioning issues began on June 3, 2026. Since then, we have submitted multiple maintenance requests on June 9, June 21, June 27, June 28, June 29, June 30, July 14, and July 15. Despite repeated requests, the issue remains unresolved. During this process, we received maintenance notes that contained information that did not accurately reflect our experience. The notes stated that the AC issue was related to windows being open, but the AC stopped working before the windows were opened. The windows were opened only after the apartment became excessively warm and ventilation was needed. The maintenance notes also referenced ice on the unit. Ice was observed during the initial period when the system was partially functioning; however, this has not been the case during the more recent failure period. We have been documenting the thermostat temperature regularly and have not observed ice on the unit during the most recent service requests. We were initially provided with two portable AC units because they were determined to be necessary while repairs were being addressed. One of those units was later removed before the central AC issue was resolved. We requested that the second portable unit be returned, but that request was not fulfilled. Communication has also been a significant challenge. We attempted to contact the leasing office by email but were unable to send our message because the leasing office email inbox was full and unable to receive additional emails. This created another barrier to obtaining timely communication and resolution. Our concern is not simply that an AC repair has taken time. Our concern is the length of time the issue has remained unresolved, the impact on our living conditions, inaccurate information documented regarding the issue, and the difficulty obtaining clear communication throughout the process. We hope Eagle Rock Apartments improves its maintenance response process, record accuracy, and communication with residents.

  This is the worst place I have ever lived. When I moved into the unit, it was not properly cleaned and there were many bugs. Since I was moving from Texas, I did not have a chance to see the apartment before signing the lease, and I felt rushed into making the decision. Throughout my lease, I experienced several issues. The apartment layout is unusual, making it difficult to arrange furniture. The unit feels small, has limited natural light, and lacks adequate space. The washer and dryer are old, dirty, and do not function properly. The biggest issue has been the air conditioning system. When I set a specific temperature, it does not maintain it and changes on its own. As a result, my electricity bills have been extremely high, reaching around $2,400. I rarely leave reviews, and this is my first time posting one. However, I wanted to share my experience and warn anyone considering moving here to carefully evaluate the property before signing a lease.

  Perfect floor layout for a small family. Very convenient to go places, such as malls, grocery stores, hospital. Bus stops for those who commute to go to work are very close. Nice environment and very accomodating staffs.maintenance/repair is taking care right after you make a request. Best place to stay.
