  This is the worst place I have ever lived. When I moved into the unit, it was not properly cleaned and there were many bugs. Since I was moving from Texas, I did not have a chance to see the apartment before signing the lease, and I felt rushed into making the decision. Throughout my lease, I experienced several issues. The apartment layout is unusual, making it difficult to arrange furniture. The unit feels small, has limited natural light, and lacks adequate space. The washer and dryer are old, dirty, and do not function properly. The biggest issue has been the air conditioning system. When I set a specific temperature, it does not maintain it and changes on its own. As a result, my electricity bills have been extremely high, reaching around $2,400. I rarely leave reviews, and this is my first time posting one. However, I wanted to share my experience and warn anyone considering moving here to carefully evaluate the property before signing a lease.

  I have lived there for two years. I found the management very helpful and approachable. The maintenance team was always responsive.

  Michelle royal is unprofessional. She lied to us about the apartment price . Made us pay for the deposit and one month rent without informing us that they change the apartment price . Scammers !. Don’t trust them .

  I went today for a tour and since the moment I got in the office until I left with my new keys, Mrs. Katrina was amazing. She was really nice, attentive and she made sure that everything was good. Let's see what this place has to give me.
