Office Rental ServiceWeWork
WeWork occupies both floors of 7761 Diamondback Drive, a 2018, state-of-the-art building on the University of Maryland's campus. Bold, graphic décor and a wide-open floorplate create a space built to inspire creativity, productivity, and collaboration, while stadium seating brings a distinctly campus-inspired touch you won't find in a standard office. Members can duck into a phone booth for a quick call, settle into a private office when focus is the priority, or grab a dedicated desk for the day, all backed by stocked kitchens with complimentary coffee and tea, business-class printers, and fast Wi-Fi. The building stays dog-friendly throughout, with outdoor space for al fresco breaks, on-site bike storage for anyone riding in, and free on-site parking plus EV charging stations for members who drive.

- COChitra OutarsinghSep 22, 20265.0The site here at UMD is phenomenal. They are warm, friendly and full of positivity. They make the site fun with events and character. They NEED to publish their playlist cause DJ is like THAT! House keeping is so good, she deserves the world and more. Maintenance is super responsive and a great add in the past year. Facility is inviting and fresh. 10/10!
- RDRedangel DenningSep 22, 20265.0The WeWork UMD office space is a fantastic place to work, study, or handle personal projects. The environment is always quiet, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to stay focused and productive. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure that every member enjoys a great experience. I truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism they provide.
- SHSusan Slingluff HartmannMay 26, 20265.0I’ve been a regular at this WeWork for a couple of years. It’s a great space and the office team is fantastic. It’s hard to find office space in the area, so this is a great option. If you’re tired of trying to get the perfect table at a local coffee shop, then you should check out this location.
