  We just applied , Lisa is amazing she made the application process so easy and smooth, this was one of the best tours i have had with my family , and she took good care of us even when it was so busy, I really pray we get approved. Really amazing staff. from Etawu Kabete:)

  I really appreciate Adriana Alexander from the management team for all of her help. She has been very kind, patient, and responsive whenever I’ve had issues with my apartment, including problems with the refrigerator and questions related to my account and payments. The management team has gone through some recent changes, so things have understandably been a little chaotic at times. Adriana has been especially helpful during this transition and has always taken the time to listen, follow up, and help resolve the issues I’ve had. It’s been very nice to have someone who is approachable, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. Thank you, Adriana, for making the process much easier!

  I had such a great experience touring Atworth with Lisa Shabazz! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took her time showing me around, covered all of the details, and had an answer for every question I asked without ever making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was how comfortable and at ease she made the entire experience feel. Apartment searching has been stressful, and after searching for the right place for months, Lisa made Atworth immediately feel like somewhere I could actually see myself calling home. With her help, I felt comfortable enough to submit an application the same day as my tour. Thank you, Lisa, for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable! ❤️

  I never write reviews, but not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. Lived here July 2025-2026. Management recently changed, so I have still yet to receive my security deposit back and haven’t been notified about it. When I was living here, there was a problem with dog feces in the halls. A day after I moved in (and was still moving in) I had the cops called on me for a noise complaint. I emailed the leasing office on how I can manage noise levels and avoid a situation like that again (no response). WiFi went out several weekends in a row for days at a time, hardly any updates or response from management. Considering they require you to pay for wifi and I had no service in my apartment, it was a pretty bad experience trying to get work done. Trash rooms were often overflowing with trash too. I will say I was happy with the space itself, and the leasing office workers were nice. As I said, management changed so it may be different now, but if you’re looking in this area, you’re probably better off going closer to UMD or Hyattsville/Greenbelt.
