  Arguably one of the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed at. Day 1 had roach issues and had to submit requests throughout the whole lease with no real solution. They only ever sprayed generally not addressing the root issues. We would’ve had mice/rats if it wasn’t for my cat scaring them away. People just dump their trash on or around the trash bins and the parking lot is always filled with trash. That trash also brings rats and other critters that hang around the trash cans. The maintenance response time is lackluster usually taking a week to get a real response. The power would go out regularly in the summer with the A/C and in unit washer and dryer. The area is okay, but we did have someone break into my Fiancée’s car and steal all the airbags out. Normal for apartments to not have cameras, but it is unfortunate. The staff was kind and I had high hopes coming into the place, but the overall actual living experience was horrible especially for a 2 bedroom at $1850ish a month plus water, pet fees, etc. Overall, I don’t recommend signing a lease with this establishment.

  I meet Vincent at the open house today at the open house for the new rental office and gym. He ask me how did I like living at saddle Brooke. I discuss my living experience with him and told him how would not renew when my lease was over. He took the time out to ask what was experience living here. I told him all of the issues I had with my stay. He was so apologetic and assured me that that it will get better. We talked for about an hour. He made me feel for the first time that my issues were a priority and valid. He’s only been with the company 60 days. I’m so greatful that you you hired him.

  I toured this apartment community twice, and both visits were great experiences. Although I ultimately didn’t choose to move here due to an unexpected change in my family’s circumstances, I would have seriously considered making Saddlebrooke my new home. The staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The apartment layouts were spacious, the neighborhood felt safe and convenient, and I especially loved the large balcony. Overall, the community made a very positive impression on me. If my plans had not changed, Saddlebrooke would have been at the top of my list. I highly recommend taking a tour if you’re looking for a new place to call home.
