- JSJay Sheth1 day ago1.0Super Bad management and property manager is not responsive Their payment portal had issue and my auto pay didn’t went through I asked property manager and paid next day after getting payment error. Property manager didn’t listen to me made me pay 75$ late fees even though issue with their payment portal. They had hvac leaking water and ruined carpet and my furniture for which they didn’t take responsibility and took weeks to fix it. Basically i was unable to use one of the bed room for almost 2-3 weeks For any maintenance you have to follow up multiple times

He was very knowledgeable, answered every question I had with confidence, and made sure I understood all of the details about the apartment and community. Vincent was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the tour. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. If you’re looking for someone who is friendly, informative, and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Vincent. He made my apartment tour a wonderful experience!
