  Tiffany has very good Customer service she is the only one that was really nice in the leasing office I had a problem with resident services and I came to her she helped me very much. Very good girl, thank you

  I was recently looking for an apartment and you all know how that goes,so many variables needs to align in your favor to have smooth experience that was not true in my case. However after a lengthy research I was getting closer and closer to point of disappointment till I came to rossbrook apartment rental office and then everything changes because miss Tiffany and miss Linda i have no words to describe both of them pure angles the pride of rental office above and beyond the manor of professionalism was so upbeat feels like not from this world. They made me feel so happy and comfortable that I knew there and then that I was in good hands and both of them helped me in a way that I will never forget the experience thank you the office staff of rossbrook you girls are helping guardein angles billions rating stars shyof your dedication thank you thank you and thank and thank you 😊 🙏 ❤️ ☺️ 💖 💕 😊

  I have been living in this apartment for 6 years, and during that entire time, no renovations have been done. However, the apartment across from mine was fully remodeled (bathroom, kitchen, everything) after the tenants lived there for only 5 months, just to prepare it for new renters. This feels very unfair. Long-term tenants like myself should also be considered for necessary updates and improvements. My bathroom vanity is in unacceptable condition — the mirror is broken, and there is mold present. The entire bathroom needs attention. I am requesting a replacement for the mirror and vanity, as well as proper maintenance and improvements to the space. I would appreciate this being addressed as soon as possible.

  I recently moved into rosebrookr apartment! I can sincerely say, I’ve never been so happy! From the beginning with the office registars(Tiffany and Gia) to the moving in process! I’m delighted with the quiet and clean atmosphere! At this point I think it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time! I had one problem that needed to be addressed and was done promptly an expeditiously! Thank you very much, I look forward to a long relationship with your company
