  DO NOT RENT HERE. One week after moving in, living in a full blown infestation, and yes THAT IS MY BED. Absolutely disgusting complex and even worse company. Henderson-Webb is an absolute joke. Listen to the bad reviews, anyone leaving this place more than 2 stars is comfortable living with roaches and other vermin, among a plethora of other issues. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

  I can say enough about the great service with my move. My need to move was very unexpected and Tiffany helped me stay on top of everything that needed to be handled prior. The tenants that were living in the apartment I was scheduled to move decided to stay, so Tiffany found another unit for me right away. The move went on as planned. Thank you Tiffany and the great staff at Rossbrooke.

  This has been the worse experience of my life. They have a mice problem. I find mouse droppings everywhere on the stove, counters, closets, my bedroom floor, on my furniture. It’s so disgusting and unlivable. Everything is outdated they paint over the dirt in the shower and cover up stains. There are roaches and other little bugs everywhere in the bathroom at night, crawling in my cabinets. I see the mice running around while watching tv and can hear them in my closet while I’m trying to sleep. For this to be my first apartment im so dissatisfied and unhappy. I’ve reached out to resident services for my plugs being loose they came 3 times and never fixed anything. Pest control had me empty cabinets full of food for the mice problem just for the mice to still be here. It doesn’t help at all.

  Tiffany made my transfer into a larger unit at the end of my lease as smooth as can be!!!

  Tiffany has very good Customer service she is the only one that was really nice in the leasing office I had a problem with resident services and I came to her she helped me very much. Very good girl, thank you
