  I live at Rossbrooke Apartments, and overall, one issue that has become increasingly frustrating is the smoke detectors being thrown into the outdoor trash bins without being properly deactivated. The alarms sometimes continue beeping loudly for 3–4 days, both day and night. Because the sound echoes from the trash container, it is especially disturbing at night when residents are trying to sleep with their windows open. I have contacted management about this before, but unfortunately, the issue has continued to happen repeatedly over the past couple of months. I hope management and the maintenance team will look into this and make sure old smoke detectors are properly deactivated before being disposed of. This may seem like a small issue, but the constant alarm for several days is extremely disruptive to residents.

  I have been lived in the apartment for 4 years as the area is very peaceful and quiet. I love it also maintenance always immediately show up fixed in my apartment I satisfied with them. I missed my apartment. I recently moved in Charlotte NC last July 20, 2026. I gave 4 stars ⭐️ at the apartment is very good excellent. Have a blessed day 😃

  DO NOT RENT HERE. One week after moving in, living in a full blown infestation, and yes THAT IS MY BED. Absolutely disgusting complex and even worse company. Henderson-Webb is an absolute joke. Listen to the bad reviews, anyone leaving this place more than 2 stars is comfortable living with roaches and other vermin, among a plethora of other issues. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

  I can say enough about the great service with my move. My need to move was very unexpected and Tiffany helped me stay on top of everything that needed to be handled prior. The tenants that were living in the apartment I was scheduled to move decided to stay, so Tiffany found another unit for me right away. The move went on as planned. Thank you Tiffany and the great staff at Rossbrooke.
