I’ve been living at Hunt Club Apartments for a couple months now, and honestly… I’m obsessed with this place. The staff here is EVERYTHING. Emily Baez at the front desk (marketing consultant) is literally the sweetest — super kind, super friendly, and always so outgoing. She makes coming into the office feel like talking to a friend. Mary Bradshears, the assistant community manager, always makes sure I’m okay and taken care of. Whatever I need, she checks in, answers all my questions with so much patience, and keeps everything positive. She’s so kind, so outgoing, and she loves to make you laugh. I always feel supported with her. And Bridgie, the community manager? She’s amazing. Anytime I need help, she’s right there making sure I’m taken care of. She stays on top of every detail, communicates clearly, and truly goes the extra mile to keep the community running smoothly. Her leadership shows — you can feel it in how organized, welcoming, and stress-free everything is. I seriously appreciate her. Plus, the maintenance team? They’re top tier. They always get things done quickly, they show up on time, and they don’t play about fixing things right the first time.

My family and I attempted to fill out an application to rent a 2 bedroom/den apartment at Hunt Club. There were 3 applicants in total to occupy the unit. Online is the only offered option to apply; however my sister experienced trouble verifying her identity right in the middle of the application. My mother and I had already completed our portion of the application. I proceeded to call the rental office to explain what issues we had encountered. My contact information was obtained from Mary who I believe is the property/office manager and I was told it would be looked into and I would receive a call back. To date, I received no call back or any type of alternative to completing the application. To make things even worse, our application was disabled online before the expiration date of our quote which is supposed to be good for 2 days. We sure cannot disable the application on our end. How can you take a person's money and personal information and then don't try to help them complete the process or offer any valid explanation. You just don't call and/or communicate further but charge them for unprovided product/service. We were still charged application fees which came out of my bank account although technically the application was not finished. These are predatory practices. I have never experienced anything so disheartening before. I thought when a potential resident is trying to move to a property, management should be welcoming and try to do everything they can to help orchestrate and expedite the process. Unfortunately, this was a horrible encounter.
