  They are definitely deleting reviews. Since living here in month 2 already having mice problems they are chewing their way in at the bottom of our doors yes “ours” as the empty apartment across from me has a ginormous mouse hole and some of my neighbors as well, I keep coming home to mice droppings nothing much was done except sticky mice traps that are doing nothing but collecting roaches. One thing after another since dealing with the mice I am now having roach problems!! I’m killing at least 3 a day!! I feel disgusting in my own home!! I absolutely hate it I can’t not walk around in the apartment I pay for comfortably. Exterminators were here for the roaches, but I was down the street about to turn right in. They told me they were going to just come Back I said I am two minutes away.. they left and now I have to wait two weeks all over again. Very frustrating time since staying here

  I was very hopeful to be a newly tenant at the complex however the maintenance property manager is the worse. Brennen has made every excuse for the poor service provided along with lack of communication. I’ve submitted a request to have the ac unit repaired due to a very loud annoying noise that has caused me to suffer from migraines and no one cares. Keep in mind I’ve only lived here for 20 days and have been dealing with this issue since my move in day. Do yourself a favor and RENT ELSEWHERE!!!! Today I was told the unit is old however I have to live with the noise although it’s contributing to making me sick.

  BEES BATS AND ROACHES I’ve lived here for 2 years never had BIG an issue until this year LAST YEAR IT WAS ONLY BEES this year my neighbor moved out now I’ve been having roaches for months maintenance makes you gut everything out just for them to spray the cabinets once then leave problem never gets resolved I’ve called idk how many times ! today I woke up to a bat in my bedroom DO NOT KNOW HOW IT COULD HAVE POSSIBLY GOTTEN IN HERE I KEEP MY WINDOWS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES ! No other entryway besides the front door and it was closed I called emergency maintenance NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED !

  Just did a tour of the 2 bedroom with a balcony over here. It is BEAUTIFUL! So much space and renovated appliances! And an ISLAND! So so nice! Megan, the leasing agent there, was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! And I could fill my application out by email since I had to go somewhere afterwards. Overall GREAT experience in the office! Highly recommend!
