  Julianne and her team managed our Bethesda property for ten years while we were living overseas. We also own properties in other states and have worked with other property management teams. By far, PMI Capital far exceeded our expectations of service. Julianne always kept us apprised of all happenings with the house from listing and screening tenants to repairs/upkeep and tax documents. We got immediate answers to questions, and we felt that Julianne and her team treated our property like hers. Although we didn't know the tenants personally, our neighbors reported to us that our tenants were extremely happy with PMI as property managers. This is so important and we feel accounts for why our tenants stayed so long in our home. We just sold the property, and PMI continued to be helpful to the real estate team who sold the house. So, if you are looking for a true team, who cares for your home like you do, then you cannot do better than PMI Capital.

  I have rented a property through PMI for a few years and it has been great. Whenever something is needed, I am always able to contact someone and they always make sure we are taken care of! I had an inquiry and Maaz was able to help right away!
