  Julianne and her team were life-savers for my family and me. They managed our home for four-plus years during a move abroad, and were expert at finding great tenants and dealing immediately and efficiently with any requests. We never worried about the home, knowing it was in such good hands. They went above and beyond so many times. They're as good as it gets.

  I can't say enough good things about Julianne who is far better with managing my property than the previous management company. She and her staff are responsive and have access to repair people who are fair in pricing. I am so thrilled and lucky I found this company. I highly recommend.

  We have been using PMI for about a year and have been very impressed. PMI takes care of everything. Issues have been addressed in a very timely manner, total communication with our tenant, and very thorough. If a first-time issue came up, they would take the time to do research to find out how to go about and resolve. When our tenant lease was up, PMI did everything to find a new tenant within just a matter of a couple of weeks. We would highly recommend PMI.
