  I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. The community has ongoing cleanliness and maintenance concerns, including recurring mouse infestations and evidence of rodent activity throughout the property. There are also visible signs of wear and damage within the units, such as marked walls and broken closet fixtures. Noise from neighboring units is a frequent issue, which negatively impacts the overall living environment. Additionally, interactions with the rental office have often been unprofessional and unhelpful when concerns were reported. While pest control services are provided, they appear to be limited and have not fully resolved the ongoing rodent problems. There are also numerous stray cats in the area, which can make walking through the community uncomfortable. Prospective residents should carefully consider these issues before signing a lease. Based on my experience, the property falls well below the standard I would expect from a professionally managed apartment community.

  I will drop a full review at down with pictures right now it’s been more than 4hours without electricity it’s hot I can hear the mice’s voice from the kitchen extreme heat and many more Do not more here it’s horrible

  I’ve been here for years and they have went through alot of staff. Speaking from my experiences, the whole (leasing agents, property manager, property manager’s assistant) staff are professional and nice. Now, the AC has been trouble for years and has gotten worse. I work from home 2 days a week and going through perimenopause. My neck, legs, everything sweats constantly due to the air not circulating well. The walls are thin which is expected, and sometimes it sounds like my upstairs neighbors are bowling and will fall through the ceiling. I’m always looking up to see if I see a foot or leg coming through.! I’ve never had a problem with them addressing my maintenance issues. I just wish that they’d paint and give carpeting to tenants who have been here for over 5-10 years. Been here 17 years no paint, no new carpet…nothing! That’s my only worry! Pay my rent on time and not a problematic tenant. They do inspections and I know they see the walls in my unit. Oh well... I don’t have a problem with rodents. Bleach or use Dawn on the kitchen floors and countertops. Wash dishes, dry and put them away before you leave and before you go to bed. Wipe down kitchen sink as well. 3.5 stars because of the location, my neighbors, I met my best friend here and the Cheverly station team including the maintenance team. Would have did 4 but my rent goes up every year with no type of renovations.

  This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue is the air conditioning. It constantly stops working, even during extremely hot weather. I work from home and have a baby who is less than a year old, so living in excessive heat is not only uncomfortable but also very concerning. The pest problem is another major issue. There are cockroaches, ants, and rats throughout the apartment, making it difficult to feel comfortable in your own home. What is even more frustrating is that the office staff always seem to have a working air conditioner in the leasing office, while residents are left without proper cooling. The residents are expected to endure the heat while the office remains comfortable. The snow maintenance of the property is also disappointing. The front office is kept clean, but the apartment buildings and common areas are often neglected and may go three to four days without being cleaned. I honestly cannot wait for my lease to expire so I can move out immediately. This has been one of the most stressful living experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere, especially if you value a clean, pest-free, and comfortable living environment. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this community to anyone.
