I don’t even know where to begin . Me and my family first moved in April of 2025 in building 6317 .We were only there for three months before we had issues of mice / roaches . On top of that there was a leak in my ceiling in the dining area / one of the bedrooms . When I tell y’all that we were in that apartment complex for three months from April till July no ac in the living room or one of the bedrooms and they did give me a portable but the maintenance guy that did come in and put it on did a horrible job he just left it half way on was frustrated that he had to come in and do it and I told him “leave it my husband will do it “ . I did call Pg county and John did help me out I have the emails and everything bc they keep trying me . On top of that I kept going to the main office where Luz the supposed manager gave me a nasty attitude because I kept coming back and complaining that nothing is getting done mind you guys I have a toddler who can’t take the heat well and she didn’t show no concern or anything right okay cool then she tells us that we can break the lease and she tells me this multiple times . I said no because we paid a deposit and then the month of rent right I wanted them to switch me to a new apartment or something right because at the end my lease isn’t supposed to end till this year right . Then I didn’t get my new apartment till August which I will get to and I will be uploading pictures and everything the maintenance team is so rude and lazy except for one who is the boss of them he was the only one that apologized for everything happening to me and my family . We get out apartment in august right me thinking the lease is supposed to end in August since it’s a new one NO it ended in April but since this one was a bit better for a few months I didn’t have roaches or mice or anything till our neighbors moved out and BAM ROACHES MICE . Pest control came around in December I called around March when they started appearing again and they tell me okay your getting added to the list and no one ever came only one of the guys from the company Apartment Restoration came to patch holes up . Now that I’m trying to leave because there is a mice problem and now FREAKING FLYS like the ones that be surrounding the trash bin are in my house now Luz is saying I have to pay two months of rent in advance when back in March before renewing my lease she said I could let her know when I find something better and she will help us move out . In the current apartment pictures we didn’t take pictures of the mice due to the fact that they were nasty and it was just eww but I have traps out to show yall how horrible these apartments are . But what should I do ? Let them charge me the two months of rent ?.

Please listen to the reviews, I wish I would have before moving here. I thought people were just having bad experiences and it would be different for me but that was not the case. This place is INFESTED, with roaches and mice. The first month I lived here, everything seemed fine but then little by little the mice started taking over my unit. It wasnt 2 or 3 mice, it was a colony of mice. They were peeing and pooping on EVERYTHING, stove, countertops, dining table, couch; you name it. They were peeing on my winter coats and taking the fur to make nests. I couldnt have any food in the pantry or anywhere outside of the fridge without mice eating it. Chips, fruit, potatoes, cereal, everything went in the fridge and I thought that would keep them from entering my unit but that didnt help at all. I would open the cabinets underneath my sink and it would be filled with feces, I'd clean it all up and then 2 days later there would be an enormous amount again. The worst part had to be the couch, I would be disgusted to find mouse feces under my pillows, where I would lay my head. I couldn't even relax comfortably in my own home. It got so bad to the point where I actually developed a skin condition because of how much I was coming in contact with their pee/feces. I was putting down traps, using peppermint oil, cleaning daily and they didnt budge. One night I caught SIX mice, and another time I came home from work to a dead mouse right in the middle of my living room. There were so many dang mice, they started giving my dog anxiety, she was constantly in a state of hypervigilance because they would constantly run back and forth through the living room and kitchen DURING THE DAY TIME. Eventually the mice problem died down after they exterminated but not completely. But if it isnt one thing, its another. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!!! Everywhere. I cant tell you how much raid I went through trying to keep them away. They were coming in through gaps under the walls/frames, they are literally IN the walls. I would wake up and immediately grab my raid and a shoe to kill as many as I could before they ran up into the walls when they lights turned on. I was constantly cleaning because I was afraid of attracting more. They would crawl up onto my couch while I was watching tv and that would be the worst part. Just thinking about it makes my skin crawl, and it got even worse when one of my neigbors moved out who were clearly hoarders. The infestation got so bad that I was too embarassed to even have guests over. I'm telling you guys, I counted down the months until my lease ended. I saw someone here that they cant wait for their lease to be over and they're only a month in. I was the same way. It really takes a toll on your health, mentally and physically. Mice and roaches carry diseases. Be very careful. Aside from that, my neighbors were quiet and respectful, I never had a package stolen, and the office staff were pretty nice and helpful. It's honestly just the foundation of the buildings. Its not the property staffs fault but ROSS management sees all these reviews and it seems like they're not doing enough to fix the root of the infestation issue. I can't tell you how happy I am to be out of there. The price is good compared to how high rent is at other apartments but I learned the hard way that it is not worth your peace of mind. If you can afford to pay an extra $200-300 to live somewhere else, I suggest you do so. I'll go through my phone and see if I can find photos I've taken and will upload them later on to back up my claims.

I am a tenant at this complex. I really want to know how to send a complaint to their upper management. Ever since I got into my new apartment its been one issue to another. I have not had peace. Looking forward to the end date of my lease already and I am barely a month old. Counting 😭😭😭😭

The mice issue is TERRIBLE here. They NEED to demolish and restart these apartments because the mice always come back. The mice will bite into your belongings and food. The gym is so small and there are barely any weights. They have a pool, nearby stores, nearby bus stops, playgrounds, etc, but these benefits are not worth the mice issue.
