  I have been talking to Michael about 18 months. Trying to sell a house right now and it’s tough. I wanted a backup plan. Listed the house last year and pulled it off in October. Relisted this year and it’s been worse than last year. Reached back out to Michael. Not sure what we’re going to do for certain, but Michael is an impressive person and I’m hoping to work with him in the future.

  Having Michael Daniel on your side to manage your rental property is a must. It took us a few additional months to get the property ready for renting last fall. We had hoped that delay did not reduce our renter pool. Michael calmed our fears when he had several showings in the first few days after being on the market. From the initial sit down at the rental, shooting the marketing photos, setting up the listings on over a dozen websites and making sure the RIGHT tenant is selected for the property- Michael did it all. He even toured the rental to give his professional opinion on what items should be corrected to help the rental show its best. Michael is very responsive via text, cell or email with any questions we may have or relaying information from the tenant. My wife and I are very glad we selected Michael and PMI Baltimore as our property manager!
