  I lived here for about 2 years now and whenever my unit has an issue the maintenance team is quick to help me out when possible. Today for example I put in a ticket for my bathroom sink and they were about to get out here the same day to snake it. The tech (Phil) was very friendly and efficient and I really appreciate that.

  I had such a great experience working with Gina at The Meadows at Capitol Heights. She did an amazing job helping me get everything set up for my apartment before move-in. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Gina was very reassuring throughout the process and always kept me updated on everything, so I never felt confused or left out. Her communication is excellent, she responds quickly, explains things clearly, and makes sure all your questions are answered. She is also very professional, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your decision. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I’m truly thankful for all her help and would definitely recommend working with her!

  Gina has been incredibly helpful since I moved in last September. She is always responsive, answers the phone, and does her best to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Having someone so reliable in the leasing office makes a big difference in the overall experience. I really appreciate all of her support!

  "I had such a fantastic experience working with Gina Richardson at The Meadows At Capitol Heights. She was incredibly responsive and answered my million questions about the lease, parking, and amenities immediately. She made the entire application process stress-free, and I felt confident I was in good hands from the first showing to move-in day!" Ms. Gina communication skills she is responsive, proactive and easy to reach via text, email or phone, personal qualities she is patient, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable about the neighborhood and her efficiency how she handled the leasing process and paperwork. I also want to take the time and write about my Phil our maintenance technician at The Meadows At Capitol Heights who is very professional and have the BEST attitude towards everyone. He is very polite, friendly, respectful and he is pleasant to deal with. When leaving my apartment the respect of cleaning up after work is completed and the effectiveness to state whether the issue was fixed properly the first time. Phil is the PRICELESS and I hope they promote him very soon to supervisor but still let him handle all of my work in my new home. If you're looking for a new home, ask for Ms. Gina Richardson! Her professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the area really set my mind at ease and Phil who is EPIC at his job making sure all of your home needs are meet and fixed in a timely manner.   I moved into my apartment in February, and so far my experience has been great. Gina and the front office staff have been consistently kind, helpful, and responsive, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The community has also been very welcoming, and I’ve felt comfortable here from the start. The property itself is well-maintained and kept clean, which I really appreciate. Whenever I’ve submitted maintenance requests, they’ve been handled promptly and efficiently, which shows a strong commitment to resident satisfaction. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far and hope the team continues to maintain this high level of service.
