  We had the opportunity to tour the beautiful 2-bedroom apartments, and we were truly impressed with both the property and the experience. A huge thank you to Olu Anifowose for being so patient, understanding, and enthusiastic while showing us several units throughout the complex. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and gave us plenty of great options to consider. The entire process felt smooth, easy, and welcoming from start to finish. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and professionalism!

  I received an e-mail asking me to leave a review! Overall building management is great! My favorite experience or encounter is the maintenance team this is because with the old maintenance team, they had me a woman in here trying to figure out how to fix or resolve things, my apartment needed a seek and seal done, they took forever to come out, when they did come out a few holes were missed that are right in your face, under the dish washer, so I fixed it by placing sticky mouse traps over the hole, I’ve had to tape up my screen in my bedroom when I open the window so a bird doesn’t fly in here just to name a few things I have done when my maintenance tickets weren’t fulfilled in the past along with sending e-mails or calling. I can’t tell you the last time I have spoken on the phone to Murn management because I don’t call them, I don’t even have to do a follow up to check the status of my most recent maintenance request, the turn around time is wonderful and the maintenance team don’t just have pending maintenance request in one apartment that they need to respond to, by the time they respond to a new maintenance request the old maintenance request is done! Thanks Ebony and Ivory (I hope this isn’t offensive) I wouldn’t say this to their faces but I think this when I see them together because one is African American and the other one is Caucasian! This dynamic duo is truly the best, I want to live at what ever apartment complex these two work on so I’m so thankful Ebony and Ivory are here with us as our maintenance supervisor and maintenance tech!
