  Not impressed. My family and I had a SCHEDULED tour to see the property today and there was NOBODY in the leasing office! We called multiple times, tried reaching out via email and still nothing! Highly unprofessional. First impressions are everything and they dropped the ball completely 😡😒

  Charmain was very helpful and patient with helping out even with is being a resident. She took her time with explaining how the process works and updated us with every step. The apartment is spacious and no issues with repairs.

  I had an amazing experience with the rental office employees and process moving in. Charmain did her thing, not only was she quick, reliable, extremely helpful, eager, sympathetic; but she was also such a wonderful PERSON. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed and she didn’t hesitate to give me what I asked for AND SOME. I really appreciated the time she took and the patience she had and also when I said I needed to move in ASAP she got me in literally within the next two weeks. I more than recommend this property. Everyone was hands on even the manager of the leasing office. The property was beautiful as well, kept up and nice friendly neighbors.
